After searching high and low for a place that could house 15+ people for a weekend away for a birthday attended by young families, friends and couples, we found Guinevere through their strong web presence. William was fantastic in facilitating this last minute booking and between him and Marko, they made the experience of a 40th birthday truly memorable. For a group of friends who love cooking, wine and playing guitar around fire places until all hours of the morning - Guinevere was simply superb and beat every possible expectation we might have had. An excellent place to celebrate with friends and family, whether it be a birthday, or simply celebrating life! The setting is superb, the surroundings mesmerising and with some great wine farms within a few minutes drive, what more

Guinevere Guest Farm was a delightful unexpected surprise. The rooms are spacious, airy and very comfortable, with great views of the mountains and valley. The common lounge, dining room and pool deck are a great place to braai or relax with a drink. The breakfast was delicious although they will be discontinued as it moves to pure self-catering.It's not far to the historic town of Tulbagh and some great vineyards incl Rijks. William was a very warm, friendly and informative host. Some unexpected but good birding. Highly recommended-we would certainly return if we are in that part of the world!
