Wonderful guest house. Stunning fireplace in lounge with interesting artwork on walls. Warm beds. Great breakfast and warm hostess in Carol. We had a lovely weekend with long time and new friends. Loved Tulbagh
If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming and warm place to stay, this is it. The owner PJ will pour you a glass of wine and with true Irish craic makes you feel immediately welcome. The feel of an old Manor house, super comfortable beds and Carol who makes sure you are all squared away (she also makes proper scrambled eggs) you immediately feel at home. Is it perfect, no, BUT that gives it it homely feel and if you are not a regular who loves the same same clinical feel at Four Seasons or the Grand Hayyts of this world, you will leave here well rested and with a warm feeling in your heart....
