We book a three day stay at this guest house. And paid for what was supposed to be a deluxe room. This room was anything but deluxe. From finding hair in the shower, plugs broken in the bath, filth behind the toilet, hooks missing from curtains, stained board on the bed, no table for drinks, paint peeling from walls , dirty ceilings. The list goes on. I wrote a report to the guest house an submitted photographic evidence.. The reply I received using their own words where as the state of the room did not affect our stay they were not offering any kind of compensation. In my opinion it did affect our stay as we had already paid in advance for the room and could not have moved elsewhere. In conclusion this room was substandard and definitely not a deluxe room as stated. Please see photographs enclosed. .…
