What a beautiful resort indeed. New management took over here, and they’re making a lot of new changes trying to breathe new light into the place. The chalet we stayed in was fully equipped and clean. Staff was friendly and the hiking trail was the best part of the weekend. Highly recommend giving it a chance. 10/10

The most horrible experience. The racism is rife in this place. Pools are dirty. Cleaning services suck. I would recommend that no person visit this resort. It is pathetic to the max. The pools are so dirty you won't be able to see a body in the pool.

What a crap place. R900 for a "luxury" cabin; it was the pits! They advertise for school groups because the accommodation is crap - proper crap! And don't bother trying to cancel your trip once you're realised the crap-hole you're staying in, they won't refund you any money, regardless of you not signing ANY terms & conditions stating that they do not refund. And as the other person that reviewed this place stated - racism is rife! While standing at the reception desk 2 african males came in asking for a trip to see the waterfall... the receptionist spoke to them with contempt and told them to leave, they don't do that sort of stuff there, meanwhile the day before they were selling these services to me?!? Hell will freeze over before I step foot near this place ever again!

Worst experience in my life from a "holiday resort" rather a contractor's resort!! Surely not as the pictures suggest, definitely misleading.. No Management is available after 16:00 to lodge complaints, arrived at our fully paid "luxury" cabin and was welcomed by yelling and drinking contract workers, no Management was available to assist in alternative accommodation or to solve the problem, definitely was not expecting this at all. We planned a group for a 40th birthday party and had to notify all quests of this unpleasant atmosphere. After numerous emails and phone calls I was refunded 70% of my payment, sadly the owner refuse to refund the rest of the group. I will never refer any one to this place ever!!

We decided to take on a hiking trail, and we came accros this place. The overnight accomadation for the hiking is very basic but clean and tidy. The hiking route was great, 3km of climbing takes you to the top of the escarpment.
Overnight accomadtion in the bush is also very clean and tidy.

What a surprise!!!! Most beautiful camping site I've seen in a long time. Green grass, big, shady trees.... everything you need is there! And everything is clean and tidy. Thank you very much!!! Swimming Pool, trampolines and play ground for kids. Just remember to take what you need with you... the Kiosk caters more for the locals.

Spent one night in a "luxury unit" - The accommodation is dirty, no luxury to be found; the staff and owner lied to us on so many fronts, there are too many details to mention. Worst of all we were left after a 15km hike up a mountain with nowhere to sleep, due to a "misunderstanding" the staff there were not prepared to drive 6km down a flat valley road to meet us at the hut to provide a key! So we had to sleep out in the open/cold! When complaining to the owners in a detailed email; they didn't even respond - they really don't actually care.... Very irresponsible! They also keep dogs in small cages on the property - really not right....
