If you are looking for somewhere truly special, then this is it!! The Singing Kettle was a wonderful 2 night getaway for us and was quite frankly the best place I have been to in many years. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the owner had given very careful thought to the decor, comfort and what the vacationer could/would need while enjoying their holiday -(even a hairdryer within mirror range!) There was a beach bag with beach towels, cushions for the outside loungers, comfortable bed with electric blankets (yes, it was a chilly weekend). The kitchen had everything we needed, even a nespresso coffee machine with a few pods for our morning coffee on the deck. The fridge had some milk, yoghurt, and fruit juice and there was a small fruit bowl awaiting our arrival. What more could you want?
The room (room 5) had the BEST view of the ocean, where we watched dozens of dophins surfing for hours and was comfortably far enough away from the fabulous restaurant below.
I would HIGHLY recommend this to all travellers to the Plettenburg/Keurbooms area.

This is possibly the best accommodation perfectly situated above a top class restaurant where you can touch the rocks and have a meal watching your kid enjoy the beach.
The rooms are perfectly designed with stunning ocean views where we watched the dolphins pass in the afternoons.
The host/owner was extremely friendly and most helpful, we will definitely return.

This is one of the best places I have stayed at the coast with stunning views and world class Accomodation.
The rooms are designed perfectly with stunning balconies overlooking the ocean and restaurant below.
This place is perfect for a weekend breakaway or a week holiday. You only have to pack your clothes and the rest is available at an arms reach.

We stayed two nights. Enjoyed the great view of the beach. Room was perfect and very spacious (we are a family of three). The kitchen is well supplied, but we did not make a lot of use of it, because there is a great restaurant underneath the Singing Kettle.

As Always amazing amazing setting the attention to detail is great they think of everything

The rates are great and excellent value for money.

The beach has washed away but thats mother natures fault and if they could fix it they would but they go out of there to make you feel at home.

Thanks as always

We had a lovely stay at Singing Kettle. Definitely the best place to stay in Plett and Keurbooms. Janine is the best host ever. The whitest linen I have ever seen in any accommodation. Do yourself a favour and book a room. All rooms have a panoramic view of the sea.

We stayed in room no 4 which has an unbelievable view. The rooms are well thought out, you have everything you need. The balcony is a lovely place to have a glass of wine and pizza from the restaurant below.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two nights and we had a lovely experience. Located right on the beach the views could not be better. Little bit away from the main town but the restaurant on the ground floor is great and good value for money.

This small hotel is ideally situated between Plett and PE for overnight. The sea is close up and there is a restaurant below. Safe parking and friendly staff. The room was well appointed with fruit and milk for breakfast in the fridge. It is a self catering option. The furnishings tasteful. We got warned too late that there might be noise coming from the restaurant and on saturday night we were kept awake by a lot of noisy people downstairs at the restaurant and then some of them made their way upstairs with even more noise. The rooms are not insulated at all and noise punches right through.

We stayed in room 4 for 3 nights (Sat, Sun and Mon). The room was spotless and the decor fresh.
There was a large balcony with 2 sunbeds overlooking Enrico's garden and the beach. The smell of the sea was wonderful and we really felt relaxed here.
There is no aircon but the sea breeze keeps the room cool.
For breakfast we stocked up with lovely bread and jam from Thyme and Again which we ate on the terrace with the provided fresh juice and a pot coffee.
Lovely beach towels are provided and we did spend a couple of hours on the beach.
Enrico's restaurant was fabulous and we ate there on the Saturday and Sundays evenings.
The wifi is the only downside here, it is very poor however despite this we would return here in a heartbeat.
