Bothania Hills is situated in The Waterberg Region of Limpopo. The Waterberg Region of Limpopo is a vast, peaceful, beautiful and sometimes harsh environment. It is filled with mountain gorges, rolling hills of bushveld, soothing hot springs and a myriad of plant and animal life. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom chalets that sleep up to 8 people. Each chalet has a main queen-size bed, bathroom facilities.

Its a relaxing resort....nature at your doorstep...enjoying the mountains surrounding us. Warm and cold swimming pools. Clean and spacious chalets. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We will surely visit again.

From the moment we entered the gate we could see the place is very well looked after. We enjoyed the animals on the property. First impression very important. We will keep coming back for more. Staff very friendly, helpful and caring. Nothing we asked was too much. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well equipped. I was very impressed.

day one the owner of the accommodation accused us that we were while we were not and we didn't enenjoy our stay as they were checking us every now and then we felt like we were the crooks or something. the charlet was beautiful but mot of the things were broken ,the kitchen sink was liking the was floods all over the house the bathroom was not working we had to use the shower only t,the hadles of the door was broken ,the TV was not working it was terrible. The towel and the bedding were not changed on the daily basis we had to used them for 3days and that not hygiene we had to clean the chalet during our stay as knowing was coming to do that what annoys me the most is that we were charged R500 for breakage and they only refunded R350 I don't know why the did that because we didn't break anything. regards Esethu.…

Hi Esethu, I am the owner and was not at the resort whilst you were there.. I apologize on behalf of Bothania for all your statements made. I did explain to you on the phone that a R150.00 penalty was payable due to the fact that your party arrived there after 22h00 and kept the Bothania staff up till 01h00. These are in my terms and conditions signed by you. I have investigated your stay and have found the following: No complaints were listed from you whilst you were on the resort. My personnel have to check on our guests to ensure that all is fine, and to rectify any problems. You did not request housekeeping (Additional service offered to our guests) We had problems with the electricity, due to the bad weather, but it was rectified by the municipality. Hence the problem with the television and bad signal. The only fault in that unit found, was the door handle of the main bedroom. Thank you for visiting Bothania and listing your complaints. We stayed in Chalet no 25 it was modern and clean and very peaceful, all the swimming pools was clean and the gardens very neat. Safe between the mountains you can just relax and listen to the birds! Lots of entertainment for the kids, thank you for a wonderful weekend we will definitely see you again soon.

We had a fabulous time at bothania hills last week , suggestion : time to leave the resort must be changed from 10:00 to 17:00 , checkout of the chalet at ten is absolutely fine but check out time of resort must be changed. The sleeper couches needs to be replaced with brand new ones

It was a life time experience with friends and loved ones, had a lot of fun and felt very welcomed. We never had issues with neighbors of any sort and its a place we definitely going back to. The weather was super and enjoyed the cold spring water and the heated pool.

Our visit to the resort was nice even though we didn't get to do much of the activities on the premises. The most part we enjoyed was spending time on the heated pool. On the evenings we created our own fun by rotating our visits to the 3 chalets we booked. The sad part was that tenants on room 1 did not have hot water for their full stay and were not offered an alternative room and had to shower/bath on the other chalets. Overall stay was good.

My apologies for the geyser element that had to be replaced in unit 1. Saturday when it was reported my staff acted quickly to fix your problem the same day. Bothania Hills is a quiet little place outside the business of everyday life where you can recharge and relax. The accommodation is excellent and surroundings beautiful. I would use them again in future and recommend it for all.

The place was clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt save there. It felt like being in the Country side and away from the city. It feels like a resort atmosphere and you can braai outside.
