Worst Premier Inn stay to date. Arrived to cold room ( window wide open). Had to ask immediately for teabags(not been checked). Only one set of towels provided for a couple. Toilet seat loose and a flush that you had little confidence in. Spent first night wide awake listening to loud snoring from room next door ( no sound proofing). Paid for ultimate wi-fi but little improvement to free wi fi which had terrible connectivity in our room. Paid for breakfast but tepid ( not up to usual premier inn breakfast). Will say staff were polite and welcoming ( the only positive thing). Would not recommend this premier inn.

Perfect nights sleep, comfortable bed, silent room, very clean. Very well set up room, light up mirror, hairdryer, tv, sofa, usb charging ports by bed. The only downside was the cold breakfast served in a Brewer Fayre next door. Two mornings of cold food 😩

Blocked toilet, offered plunger to repair ourselves, threadbare carpets, bathroom door badly damaged by water, no soap in shower dispenser, room not cleaned despite requested, lack of toilet paper, Lenny Henry would not have stopped the night

I very rearly get to go away for a night so I was looking forward to this. I always stay at a Premier Inn when I do have a night away. First off all the car park is among the other cars at the retail park. Remember to register your car at the reception or you will face a fine. The lady on reception wasn't the most friendly person but she might have been a bad day. The room itself was clean but they had left the window open and it was pretty cold. Lovely walk in shower. No toilet brush. If you are going to stay here ask for a room facing the retail park as my room was right on the island and it was noisy, I've never heard so many sirens in such a short space of time. The bed was lovely and comfy but couldn't sleep well due to the road and got woken up by the sirens. Breakfast was good. Just felt a bit let down by the wait and items missing when it arrived at my table but it was soon put right. Did feel sorry for the 2 people who were doing it all apart from the cooking. So overall not a bad stay but would not stay here again due to the noisy road.

The premier inn was as expected. If you want a quiet room ask for an even number you will be opposite the brewers fayre, the odd numbers are over a busy road and traffic starts very early as a friend found out. The food for breakfast at the brewers fayre was fine but we asked for the bacon and sausage well done or it comes a little pale for us. The service was good the young girl very attentive. HOWEVER the experience of the evening meal was totally different. The food overcooked not what we ordered. The bread that came with the prawn cocktail was meant to be malted brown bloomer and was mouldy white bread when we pointed this out no one was interested. The we think manager then came at the end of the night saying we owed money, when we checked the till receipts she hadn’t credited us for the free drinks or meal deal that we had pre paid but she was unable to work this out. We were told at 11’o’ clock to leave the premises and she promptly locked the doors leaving us on the pavement with our drinks. Never had this before but this maybe because they aren’t attached to the premier inn. We went to sit in reception but there where 4 off us and only 2 seats. The following night we went to the Air ballon which is just over the road.
