Spent thousands on such a horrific experience at this place,firstly I called weeks ago no answer then I emailed got unprofessional response with capital letters.I was advised that there’s no booking it’s walk through and pay and I had 50 people I was booking for, yesterday 10/12/2022 we arrived around 10 and we got tickets from driving in you can tell how the place isn’t what is advertised online.
The guy who was helping me purchase was unfriendly he just wanted to give us tickets then while he was helping ge got a call from someone asking him to book for him space of 15 people he said he will book for them and I asked him I’ve been trying to book but I was advised to purchase on day of visit.
I then booked a lapa for 1500 it was by the toilets and two adult pools, it was filthy we didn’t even access the kitchen area I paid 1500 just for the balcony of the place honestly disgusted and disappointed.
I do not recommend this place to anyone the stay it is utterly disgusting , waste of money.waste of time. I have never been embarrassed on an outing with the daycare parents!!!
0/10 stay away from this place please!

Yoh. so we booked 3mnths in advance 3 , 4 sleepers and 2 , 2 sleepers. when we got there on the day the lady told us she will rather give us a house since we booked so much rooms. okay we agreed and thought it was a good idea however the house we got to could only accommodate the 3, 4 sleepers the other room had a broken roof and they told us we can smoke hubbly in it. firstly the place had no warm water all the mirrors were broken. the room my family used had a broken curtain rail. there was no cutlery no cups no plates did i mention no stove also the kettle was broken could not even make bottles for my baby. there was no chairs to sit and we were told to pay R10 a chair. we asked about the stove and was promised a 2 plate that we did not even get till today. yazin this place should be upgraded will not recommend it at all. its a hell no for me after paying R2200 for two nights MID U THIS WAS ONE ROOM its not worth it.

Shoooooo where do i start.
The sand road terrible when entering the resort, we didn't get the chalets we booked online, we we were told once you book online call amd cornfirm your booking. The windows are broken of chalets, toilet didn't have a seat on, no crockery and cutlery, only plastic cups imagine that. The noice tje whole weekend with different speakers, no water my word..... I will never ever go there again or refer anyone to this place. Not proper registered security u can in and out as you like. Please upgrade because it's getting worse, what do you do with all the monies you getting, i hope those workers are paid a decent salary of u unable to upgrade your resort. A total no no for me amd my family.

Where do I start. At the entrance, no control of people coming in and out. The play area, the pools are dirty. The toilets are not working. The challets are uncomfortable. There are no TV, fridge and the stoves are not working.. The toilets in challets have no toilet papers. Poor facility. Waste of money and time

he trip was terible the place was a mess from the reception , there was mud everywhere and the parking area , the smell was unbearable.
The room was a size of a shack , on araival there were no glasses or cups the worst of all there was no tissue in the bathroom i had to take my tissue from the car.
The bathroom there were dirty towels to wipe the hands, our booking was for friday to sunday but saturday morning bhad to go back dispite paying my money for the weekend. how can ii drive extra 15km from that place to go buy paper cups and use my money again so i checked out saturday, the place is bad i hope the place could b shut down it as it also poses danger to pleople and not environmental health.
