We were given rules on the eve of our departure not on arrival. We were not shown around, what to do in case of fire and we were told there's always security around A BIG LIE! The rooms were dirty, the house cleaner only started cleaning on our arrival after we were told we can come anytime, the kitchen was a nightmare. The fridge that we were suppose to use to store our food was full of her staff and only removed it in the evening of our arrival. The pool was green
The rooms are fitted with bar fridges and aircons in some rooms these were not working I know in my room both didn't work. The wifi only worked for 1hr and there after it didn't work until we checked out. The DSTV installers never came until the day we left. So you can imagine what were we watching.
This was even more heart breaking there was a fish pond which was full of dirty water and lots of fishes. The owner told us that we can use anything in her kitchen when she knew very well that all the things are rotten or expired.
They stole deposit money because a chair broke, the chairs were wiggly already.
