We've been lucky enough to stay here three times now. Fantastic park. Great staff, good sized sites, very clean facilities, pizza night, fishing, golf and resident kangaroos. Rebecca and Deanne, the office staff, go out of their way to help in any way they can. A big thank you to them for helping us through some unexpected events which changed our travel plans and circumstances. We can say in all honesty that this is definitely the best Park we've stayed in since we hit the road full time. It doesn't have jumping castles, playgrounds etc but it is located right on the river and there is so much fresh air and beauty. Also, great place to make your base so you can go and see all the amazing things around Albany and its surrounds. We're looking forward to going back again in December.

Needs to be more inviting and money re invested back into the place. Especially the camp kitchen.no one used the camp kitchen the whole week I stayed there. Bbq was never used . Location and atmosphere was excellent very happy with that. Looks like nothing has changed in 20 years

We had a river site and the caravan park was cool compared to the hot weather in Perth. It was very windy for several days which we've been told is usual for January. No complaints, ablutions clean, kangaroos were good to see.

We booked for 10 nights and the site we were on was good except for tent near with two screamers. After a few nights woke to the sewerage pipe spewing out on our van and chair. Moved us to another site and would advise you to avoid site 1 if you don’t want to be bombarded with hongy nuts and bird droppings. We will be lucky if the solar panels aren’t damaged the crash bang of the nuts at times we thought they were coming through the van roof. The lady at the office was lovely and helpful, the owner far from it. She said they would give us two nights free and then came up and said if you want to stay an extra night we will give you a free night. Hubby said no you said two nights, she said okay can do that, still short changed us. When we booked asked for a site facing river and told non available, we saw some time and again vacant, they don’t seem to be able to shift things around for people who stay a decent amount of time. Different experience to last time we stayed. Toilets for amount of people is surely a health risk.

im sorry your trip was so disappointing.and im sorry, but the pipe wasnt sewerage water it was fed from our dam to filter to the fire hydrants. After we dug this up to repair we found that it was pierced by a tent peg. This was totally out of our control and fixed rather quickly the next day once it was dry. Im confused as I was trying to be accommodating as much as i could. I was trying to give you another night extension at our expense (therefore now 3 nights extra). I did refund you 2 nights free accommodation on top of your already 9 nights paid and stayed for 10 nights and to move you to another available site for your duration of time, which you chose to do. we couldn't at all move you to a river site, as these were not available to whole time you needed and it wasn't possible to shuffle the whole system around. it is peak season and not too easy to make changes when the park is in constant checkin/checkouts. Once again, we are sorry, that this slight problem occurred during your stay.

Stayed for two nights tenting. Great location. Easter, a lot of people. Noisy neighbours was to be expected but in the end I had to ask them to be quiet in so many words. Nothing to do with the camp itself, just my personal gripe. All in all, would stay there again.
