This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Too many fails to start describing, and too many promises that weren’t fulfilled - this is a fraud!
We paid a fortune to get an extremely low level lodge. Every drive takes many hours and we were taken in a filthy van with no air conditioning - in an extremely hot weather. We mentioned 3 weeks in advance that we would have eat after landing since we had flight that took a whole day. They didn’t make any reservation or checked anything in advance so we drove hours for 2 closed restaurants until the host realized that she can make us toast in the lodge.
We arrived at a neglected room, with no soap, toilet paper, wifi, air conditioning in the room, nightstands or night lights
The toaster and the hotpot were filled with ants
The host didn’t answer and when she did she didn’t help.
