Everyone in the establishment right from the chauffeur who picked us up from the station, the guard at the entrance of GRT's Regency was courteous and friendly. The charges are reasonable. Room ervice was good. Thanks to Mr. Vasudvev, the Manager who took good care of transportation/stay. I Look forward to my next visit/stay here. Will also recommend to my friends.

The rooms at the hotel are of average quality. Breakfast is too good especially for foodies like me. Cleanliness is ok. The weather around the place is awesome nice chilling cold climate. Staff was educated and could understand English overcoming language barriers.

I stayed in Regency by GRT while I was on a business travel. Good food, well maintained rooms, clean linen and Toilets all added up to an extremely comfortable stay. Even though a little away from the downtown area, the hotel is easy to reach and locate since it is just off the highway. But what surprised me was the extremely wonderful service and cheerful attitude of the staff which surpassed all my expectations. Quick, prompt and happy to take care is what we expect from any hotel and this place have a team which is just right. I will definitely go back on my future visits. Only thing which I felt bad was the bar is closed now due to government regulations. Thank you Team GRT

Rooms were ok but it had a stench. the toilets could have been cleaner. He requested it to be cleaned. It needs a good bleach wash. It being a chain of GRT hotel, I had high expectations of the quality and service but was disappointed.

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. Its a proper hotel for business travellers. Pros- 1.Nice check inn 2.Good staff 3.Yummy breakfast. Cons. The hotel is quite far from the main city. You need to take auto to go for work in main city. Very less restaurant nearby and there is no proper market also near to this place.

I have, over the last eight years, stayed at this hotel about thirty five or more times. Since I have reviewed the hotel four times,(the last was in 20th May 2015 ) I will not get into to much detail. Suffice it to say that the rooms and bathrooms are well appointed, clean, with most of the facilities one needs on a business related stay. The well stocked bar, good restaurant and efficient room service add to the experience. while evaluating the property we must remember that this is not a four or five star hotel. What stand out for me is the service, which is excellent to say the least. Whether it was in the room or the restaurant, every small need was attended to cheerfully and efficiently.
