Okay, so you're looking for places to stay in Swaziland and your boyfriend is a little freaked out because it's Swaziland and that is very far away from home, right? This place is for you. This couple will take good care of you and tell you exactly where to go (and more importantly, where not to go). They have the most beautiful garden and huge avocado trees and a gazebo overlooking a lovely valley.

The rooms are nice too. We stayed in a triple (there were three of us) and they gave us a lovely basket with enough food for an army. It was just right.

They have these lovely doors...I will try to post pictures.

Very clean, everything you need. Secure, gated, off street parking behind the gate.

Only thing missing was internet service but my cell phone reception was excellent so no worries!

This guest house is based at a 1970s villa on the outskirts of Piggs Peak town and is run by New Zealander Ian Blair and his wife.
There is a main house with rooms and 2 further self contained rooms at the bottom of the garden.
We took one of the rooms in the garden. Its self contained with a shower, bathroom and a small kitchen area if you want to self cater.
Ian offers the option of a breakfast basket , at extra cost, which is delivered to your room. This contains bread, juice, cereals, fruit and milk.
The garden was beautifully laid out with lots of fruit trees and plants.
The whole property was well maintained by Ian who was also helpful with local information.
Free wi-fi is available in the main building.
This guest house is convenient for Piggs Peak and the attractions in that area.

This was a bit of a last minute find, but was really a gem. The Blairs were great hosts and even gave us a small tour of their lovely permaculture grounds (which I loved because of my Ag background!)We had a large double bed/family room with 2 single beds as well and my father was able to stay in the adjoing room. We had a small kitchenette and dining table so self-catering was a snap. Clean, beautiful, friendly and convinient, a great stay!

We felt very welcome in this guesthouse, Ian greeted us friendly and gave us a lot of great advice for our tour.
The room is nice and well equipped. We loved the breakfast basket! We were even given some cruit from the garden. The garden is beautiful.

Unfortunately we stayed here only one night. We found the room comfortable and clean, well equipped and spacious. The breakfast basket was excellent. The host Ian is such a caring and loving person! Excellent customer service. He cared for us so well, that we really wanted to stay longer. Also a good spot to visit the waterfalls.

Highly recommended!

We were a group of 10 people who travelled through Swaziland over the long weekend. The view from the guesthouse is exactly what the name indicates - Sunset view. The rooms are very neat and comfortable. I will definately visit Sunset view again.

Ian is nice but we found him a bit cheap in allowing us to call etc...
Quite expensive too.. We highly recommend in this amaxibg area of piggs peak and magugu dam to stay in the huts and cabines either in matoloja or there obe on the road of magugu dam on the left side when headin to the dam
