I founded and operate my own non-profit charity from the US, and travel many times to Zambia (and Malawi also), most recently traveling for the first time to Kitwe as we ministered to the vulnerable and orphaned children of Mulenga... having to stay close by, and at a nice hotel for food and accommodations, I chose Garden Court... this was an EXCELLENT decision!!... the stay was perfect!!... from the friendly staff, all around, to a very nice, comfortable, and clean room, to an awesome breakfast buffet and delicious dinner choices, this was absolutely the right choice for me!!... the work we have begun for children in Mulenga has just begun, so I can very confidently say that I will greatly look forward to my next visit and will have my "home away from home" at Garden Court!!... thank you staff and even acting GM (Mr. Moonga) for welcoming me so well, and look forward to seeing you all again :-))…

We stayed here for 2 nights. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and bed good. Breakfast had good variety and tasty. We used laundry service and it was very prompt and good. Also had room service and food was excellent. The hotels is connected to convention center which made it convenient attending meeting. Will definitely stay here again.

Read the reviews from here and immediately started saving for a stay at garden court. Loved the environment which was so clean allowed fresh air. The bar is well stocked and the services are world class. The rates are fair for the service though many locals find them too high. Best place enjoyed our two night stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Happy to note that the bar area has now been secluded from the main lobby leading to a quieter experience for those not enjoying the service at the bar but sitting in the hotel lobby or dinning.

Due the corona disease i ask garden court to reduce the price of the room up to 50$ per 1night in kitwe because i have stuck here and i don't know when i can go check out because for me i feel its safety area and accommodation on my side so please consider me on that way

business hotel , only newly built hotel in town. rooms smell very bad sometimes , air conditioner needs work . i dont know why but flooring always looked liked moist all the time during my stay . No room sleepers were there . breakfast was very small and limited options. room service took 15 minutes to reach you if you ask them something

We did take note of your comment regarding the rooms that smell bad and we will investigate this to ensure that it does not occur again. I further took note of your comment on the moist floor and I will equally investigate this. Garden Court hotels do not provide room sleepers in all our properties accord Africa. The breakfast is equally standard across or properties but please feel free to suggest to us what you would lie to see on the breakfast offering. Lastly, i have taken note of your comment regarding the room service. Different meals may taken long to prepare and deliver to the rooms and guests are advised so. I had a lovely time there. The welcoming was really amazing, room was tidy and the food was even more amazing. I liked the lamb stew. Lol. The service rendered up to standard and the environment was safe for human habitation.
