Self catering unit is clean and fully equipped with everything. Receive great assistance from the staff even during the late hours of night. Very spacious and great view of the lake. There are actually 2 pools and a Jacuzzi.

brilliant stay, accommodation -excellent service - 10/10 highly recommended to others the staff of the resort are so friendly and passionate. it makes you feel so comfortable and warm. there isn't a dull moment irrespective of the situation. Natisha is one of the staff member at the resort who is a "gem" and will need to be treasured as she delivers extraordinary customer service always and when interacting always makes you feel like you're family and special. i'll definitely be back soon to enjoy more precious moments with my family. kindly email me more specials, etc keeping me informed. also, if possible, please reinstate your rewards program, i certainly love it and miss it.

Hotel needs repair and upgrade desperately. Showers, pool equipment, beds and appliances are outdated and barely working. We were very disappointed with the stay expecting so much from more from the Gooderson group.

Our family had a lovely stay. We will definitely return again. The Resort is situated near all the great local attractions. The area is quiet and there is plenty to do. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a one night sleepover .the rooms are clean . Pool area is safe and clean Why does nobody talk about the brown murky water that comes out of the taps The staff are aware but don't care because they can't change it At Breakfast the staff are great however there is an absurdly rude lady that works there. If you want water you are told to drink tap water the brown water that comes out of the tap or you pay for bottled water. Found that totally absurd since we are living through a global pandemic at the moment The rudeness towards her staff is sad as a customer that is not what I want to see. Overall its average and won't go back .

I like the place. My kids had enjoyed their birthday with nice singing at dinning and also a nice present in the room. They wish to return and enjoy pleasant stay if WiFi resolved. Great tourist abd attraction sites nearby.

Even with a burnt down kitchen and restaurant this resort delivered superb service. 20 out 10 is my rating they really out did themselves I would most definitely recommend this resort. I cannot wait to see the new renovations so I will definitely be back.

Oh what pure bliss... and so much fun we had. Sadly their main restaurant burnt to the ground, so you might find some construction on site. The individuals working here from garden employees straight through to night security is so friendly and helpful. I don't think they expected people like us (lol if you know me and my husband youd know why I say this). We had a bit of a struggle with communication at first, we only had a take away and sat at the bar (where we seemed to be at each of our destinations this vacation) having a few dri ks when the people started coming in for dinner. Since we dis not opt for the buffet (which smelled deliscious tho) I ordered a pancake with a cauliflower and cheese sauce. WOWZERS it was so deliscious!!! I was angry with myself for not having 2. Their buffet breakfast was also quite good. We stayed only for the night, but we had a very nice view over their lake. I will definitwly reccommend this resort to anyone. My hopes are they get their restaurant up and running and get back on their feer soon and prosper. I Loved last night's stay.…

Great family destination, with lots of amenities to keep the kids and adults entertained. Putt putt was our favorite, but there is also a pool area, playground, tennis courts and mini bike track. We stayed in a family hotel room with breakfast and dinner included. Even though the restuarant and pub had burnt down a week before our stay, the temporary restuarant was just as good with service and food. The lamb curry was amazing as were tge desserts and a very scrumptious breakfast each morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
