It was a very cosy and clean room. The right place for us to stay, as my spouse had some bad fish the night before. Unfortunately the neighbour's dog was barking constantly. In the room you had facilities to make a cup of tea. Breakfast was nice and you could choose between pancakes and eggs. The owner spoke more or less only Portuguese, with a tiny bit English. This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are beautiful, as are the bathrooms, and it is situated in a back street a very short walk from the main road. Above all, the hospitality is warm and genuinely aimed at pleasing. The breakfast is generous and varied, while the coffee pot is bottomless! Although the sound of passing traffic and people was noticeable at night we will certainly return.…
The hotel has a good location, it is close to everything. The city of Milfontes itself is small and so damn cute! :) The owner was very friendly and even though we arrived late in the evening, she welcomed us with a big smile and showed us to our room. We stayed on the second floor and had a nice clean room with many windows(good light and airy). It felt more like a guestroom of a house than a hotel. Only minus was that the floor of the bathroom had quite a bit of sand on it, which is okay in a place of beautiful beaches, but would be nice to be cleaned for new guests. :) We did not have breakfast there but in the morning of our check-out we had a peek of the breakfast and it looked great. :)…
