Casa da Eira Boutique Houses is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes, a sunny town on the Costa Vicentina National Park. Just a short 4 minute walk away from the beach and the historical centre, it is the perfect place for those seeking a quiet oasis a few steps away from some of the most well-known restaurants in the region, but secluded enough so that you may feel immersed in the tranquil scenery of the Alentejo. We have at your disposal 5 apartments and 6 rooms with a clean, minimalistic and contemporary décor. All of our room types have a balcony, some of which with an amazing view. Casa da Eira also offers a garden area and a roof top terrace where our guests may relax while reading a book. If you decide to visit the surrounding area, we would recommend taking a hike on one the trails that map the Rota Vincentia or visiting some of the amazing beaches that you will find scattered throughout our coast. We will do our best to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience!

Lovely apartment

Really helpful at reception and looked after us all the time we were there. As I have food allergies I have to say big thank you for going out of your way to find me breakfast, above the call of duty, Very clean, very welcoming, quiet at night ..hope to come back one day.

Boutique with attention to detail

A beautiful gem of a boutique hotel where the charm is in its staff. Rudolph gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation for dinner and what to choose on the menu and a little insider history as well. The beds were so comfortable and the showers hot with good water pressure. It was clean and comfortable and bright. There's a rooftop patio that is quite nice to sit and look out over the city. Healthy breakfast basket of fresh fruits and yogurt and bread were brought up to the room which was an unexpected treat and gave the hotel a personal touch. We wish them all the best. We loved our stay at Casa da Eira! Our hotel apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults + 2 kids), the interior was really nice (just like in the pictures), the view on both sides was lovely, location was good (close walking distance to both beach and town) and in general the hotel was super nice. The real gems of Casa da Eira is however its front desk personnel, Rudolf and Fatima, and I do hope that whomever owns the hotel knows just how valuable their efforts are for the Casa da Eira experience :) Without their general interest in helping the guests to a great stay, their recommendations for restaurants & take-away, their good advice on what to see and do and their help with making reservations for restaurants and sailing boat experiences (as well as finding out when there was a street show with a fabulous clown), our holiday would have been much less perfect. Rudolf even gave us tips for some things to do in Lisbon, that turned out to be some of our best Lisbon experiences. So thank you Rudolf and Fatima for making our stay in Vila Nova de Milfontes unforgettable, and for being the best and most dedicated front line people we have ever come across in any hotel :)…

Fatima you are the best ;)

We booked this hotel on our way from Lisbon to Lagos not knowing the town or anything about the area. The town itself is very cosy and has enough bars en restaurants to entertain for a few days. Also a lovely beach by the sea or the river. Now onto the important part! When we arrived we were welcomed by Fatima, we had a lovely chat about the best restaurants and bars in town and she gave us some great local tips. When we came back from a few drinks she discovered we got engaged that day. She went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible!! She even brought us cake as a suprise in the morning. Perfect!

What can I say but wow! We booked an apartment here for an overnight stay and we were blown away by the experience. Super, super clean, modern, beautifully furnished and every attention to detail. Very well equipped kitchen and a small breakfast hamper supplied. Absolutely first class from the welcome at check-in through to leaving, a really great accommodation venue with friendly staff willing to recommend restaurants, bars and suggestions of things to do. Must mention the roof terrace, only small but perfect with fantastic views, a beautiful evening when we were there so took up our G&T’s to sit and enjoy the ambience. Can 100% recommend!! One day we will be back. …
