Excellent place, Great customer service. Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are also noise resistant which allows a guest to relax, rest, and work. The breakfast is a buffet that allows you many different varieties.

We were just there for a week and wow! By far the #1 hotel in Juba if you are looking for a 5-star accommodation. Upon arrival we were greeted by Osha who right away made us feel at home, showed us around and upgraded us to the 12th floor where we were able to see the sunrise over the Nile every morning. She gave me her personal WhatsApp and was there for us for whatever we needed throughout the week and made sure we stayed satisfied. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
The pool area and bar are really nice, although they charge an extra $50 USD for any guest who wants to come swim with you. The breakfast was also high quality and tasty. If you are looking for a nice place in Juba, this is the only place to go.

The hotel has all you need to have a comfortable stay. Excellent welcome upon arrival. Meeting attendees loved the delectable snacks, and we were provided with large, well-organized conference rooms with modern equipment. It was lovely to spend time by the swimming pool after a long day of hard work.

I loved the breakfast here it was very nice, a wide selection of food, tasty and delicious. The staff were very helpful, useful and attentive especially John. The staff would always look out for you to see if you need any help with anything and would help you quickly and make sure that your listened to and cared for. Customer services are great at breakfast time.

We have a layover as airline crew at this hotel. It’s opened quite recently, so I thought a review was in order. It’s nothing less than what you’d expect from a Radisson Blu and the staff in every part of the hotel is exceptionally friendly. The gym facilities are excellent, the pool is very clean. Breakfast menu is quite gooad and the Pool Bar&Grill has a nice atmosphere with a tasty menu, cooked by a good chef. In total a very relaxing stay!!

Check in staff were very helpful. I checked in the evening of 30th July 2024 which was a public holiday so not sure if I expected less but they were just professional, walking me through the hoops as if it was my first time and I am glad they did. Uchieng John at the Ladder restaurant left a huge impression breakfast has never been so seamless. Camelot Spa is all worth all the hype and some more, please try out their 21/2 spa tester Sharon and everyone there are extraordinary
