Small, dark room with old everything. Desk people were very nice, helpful. Breakfast was adequate but not enough cheese and no eggs. We did have croissant and access to whole fruit and good coffee. Good enough for this Camino walker.

Small hotel (guest house style) centrally located. Decent room -a bit old-fashioned but clean. Nice & colourful decor. Very friendly receptionist. Nobody was there in the morning but my basic breakfast had been prepared before. I would say that for the rate I paid, everything was way beyond my expectations.

We stayed as it was near to ferry port and they allowed dogs . Central location just 5 mins from harbour and 2 mins from sandy beach . Clean room but bed sagged in middle and was only a 4’6 . Interesting decor . Biggest down side was no parking . Cost 15 Euro in underground near harbour . Did not stay for breakfast as was to late opening.

Plus points: Pretty decor Friendly staff Minus points: Air conditioning was broken and rattled and dripped keeping us awake. This must have been an issue before we arrived as there was a towel on the floor under it from the start of the stay. They told us they knew it was broken and an engineer had been called. Engineer never arrived. We had to put a chair against it to stop the rattling (see picture). We booked and paid €20 for the 'romantic package', I was told that it included champagne, bon bons and a special decoration of the room before we arrived. There was no decoration, they told us they hadn't had time to do it and instead of champagne and bon bons it was cider and 4 chocolates for our €20 (see picture). Room was tiny and sheets didn't fit (see picture). I wrote them an email saying how dissapointed we were and giving them the chance to rectify. They responded with "no reply needed", which I'm guessing was so booking.  com wouldn't see that they hadn't bothered to reply.

Booked this hotel for one nite before boarding ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth. Receptionist was very friendly and super helpful. Room was clean with a bathroom that was slightly small but adequate. Kind of quirky place. More like a guest house. Fine but slightly overpriced for what it was. Horrible coffee in the morning. Not worth drinking.

Four of us stayed here for one night while walking the Camino. Quirky, clean, very friendly and helpful lady. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast basic. Good value - excellent location close to the promenade! I'd stay there again.

Stayed for one night, had 3 double rooms. Owners very helpful as our flight was delayed so we couldn't arrive until late at night. They phoned me to confirm how I could get into the hotel and get room keys. Hotel well located, with clean rooms

A most beautiful hotel. Verycentral. Alexander was a lovely host and the room and food just spotless. Only sorry it was for one evening. 100% recommended. We could not find a single thing that needs improving.

Our group loved this hotel with it's creative and bright decor. It is great value for money and close to all amenities. Breakfast is not included but that doesn't matter as there are plenty of places to go if you wish to eat out in the morning.

We stayed in August for 3 night (family of 4 with 2 young kids). Location is excellent and they have a nice breakfast area with good quality fresh foods. The room we stayed in was actually a decent size considering there was 4 of us! The location is 5mins to the beach and 5mins to the waterfront area where there are loads of tapas bars and restaurants where the quality of the food is just world class in terms of freshness and flavour!! The staff in the hosteria were very warm and friendly and it was clear they looked after this place which all added to the comfort of the stay.
