With the hotel only reopening recently and not many reviews, we were wary.
However, there was no need at all.
A warm friendly welcome awaited us and a meal had been put in our room as the buffet was closed.
We decided to drop our bags, have a couple of drinks and enjoy our food after.
The rooms are clean and delicately decorated. Calm and quiet.
The beds are the most comfy we’ve ever slept in.
We had clean towels every morning and e every evening, that’s service.
The restaurant was immaculately looked after, not overflowing with food and with courteous, friendly staff. Nothing was too much.
Tables are inside or out and all set for couples, this is definitely a romantic hotel but also serene, calm and the spa treatments are amazing.
There is bar service around the pool from the friendly bar staff.
We stayed AI and good we did as there isn’t much around the hotel and it’s a way from Paphos itself.
Sunbed were comfy,, always plenty available whatever time you ventured out.
The position of the hotel is perfect, sat at the end of the headland, overlooking the beach and sea. Our room overlooked the pool and we ever heard a sound once inside, just what we needed.
The pace is relaxed, the staff are first class and we can’t wait to return.
As it was Easter, guests received a wrapped Easter basket in their rooms, a lovely thoughtful gesture

Just about to leave this beautiful place & wanted to say what a lovely stay we've had. The hotel is in a stunning location. There's 70 odd steep steps to go up / down to the beach , but so worth it as the sea is crystal clear & perfect for a swim. I think some hand rail(s) are needed at the top as a fall could result in a nasty injury. I hope the hotel picks up on this. Mostly peaceful but a couple of party boats arrive in the bay for a few hours every day , some are quite loud & some you wouldn't know are there. This is outside & nothing to do with the hotel , but it's a shame as it momentarily spoils the peaceful ambiance. There's also a beach bar across the bay & it has very loud music sometimes. Good thing is , peace returns late afternoon, maybe because its a residential area.
The food here passed all expectations. I enjoyed the freshly cooked a la cart meals provided as it wouldn't have been cost affective with the hotel being approximately a third full. All staff are lovely. Aristos ( sorry if I've spelt that incorrectly) is a star. I was concerned of the welfare of the cats that roam the hotel grounds. They're well behaved & he tells me he feeds them & they look well fed. There's also a shelter across the way from the front of the hotel for them to get food & water that's looked after by a charity who visits every day. As a cat lover , I felt better for this !!
I'm sure the bar area will get busy as the season progresses, drinks are reasonably priced & service was great. We walked to sister hotel but that was extremely busy , we preferred the haven here so walked back. Also visited ' Ledgends ' cheaper drinks etc busy but not for us. We had a wonderful 5 night stay for my birthday & I would most definitely love to return one day. Perfect weather, hotel ambiance & staff made it for me! The casual get together on Monday evening where we met Andri the lovely manager was a realy nice gesture too. Would thoroughly recommend it here for a relaxing , adults only holiday. Just wonderful 😊

By far the best location in Pafos! Stunning 360 seaviews from most of the rooms. Excellent F& B and service. A bonus is the long sandybeach under the hotel with pristine blue waters. Coral bay is the best beach in pafos. The psari restaurant with local fish and seafood while watching the sunsets is a must do!

Stayed here in May this year with my dad for a week. We both loved the hotel and would go back tomorrow if we could. The place is beautifully decorated and kept exceptionally clean. I wanted to mention the lovely Sanjay and Larissa in the restaurant, the friendliness of the chefs, the reception staff and the kindness of the pool attendant who made sure my dad stayed out of the sunlight as he snoozed by the pool. I couldn’t have asked for more.

A hotel that takes you on a journey.
Great, friendly staff. Good, detailed and loving breakfast. Upgraded service for those who value the human factor. .
A pleasant surprise and highly recommended to those who seek peace and at the same time want to be close to an urban environment.

This hotel has the most amazing location and so much going for it but there’s things that let it down, mainly the staff lack of preparation/knowledge and communication. I was not impressed with the amount I paid for my stay with the service I got. To say this is a 4 star resort is a bit of a stretch, don’t expect the service you pay for.

The great things about this hotel are:
Housekeeping/cleanliness
Amazing Breakfast
Pool, beach access
Relaxing areas
Balcony/view
Amazing cocktails at bar

Things to be improved:
Only 2 plug sockets in the bedroom and neither are by the bed.
Very thin walls/loudness in corridor.
Curtains not black out.
The bathroom fixtures and fitting weren’t great. The plug hole in the bath didn’t work and both shower heads were broken to some extent and it was an uncomfortable shower.
Our room had a leak when it rained which we were told got fixed but they just cleared up the water. This was understandable but I wish they would have said that because our bags got wet the next day and we would have moved them if known it wasn’t completely sorted.
The day & evening food was ok but not for the big prices.

When we arrived, we didn’t get any information about the hotel, where things were or when things were open. In our room we had none of this information either.
After asking when breakfast was we made our way and found that we were told the wrong time in the morning.
We weren’t allowed to serve our own coffee and tea but there wasn’t table service for teas & coffee so it was a bit confusing being told they’ll take it over to us but we had to wander around the tea/coffee area and start to get some ourselves before someone told me to sit back down.

Our room had a kettle but the plug in it was a different type to the sockets in the room. After calling reception, they said I was wrong and after explaining multiple times it felt like they ‘gave in’ and said if I wanted I could come downstairs and get an adapter. I was on the 6th floor and it was 10pm so I got out of my pjs and went back downstairs to get it.

When we came back to the hotel in the evening one day we asked at the reception if there was a room service menu we could have because we didn’t have one in our room. I was told that I was wrong and there was one in our room and I must not have looked properly. I also told them I didn’t have any information on the hotel and timings and they didn’t offer me any help or assistance. They said why do I need room service as the restaurant is open now. When asking how long the restaurant is open for (We weren’t hungry right then) they said I think about 10 or 10.30, ‘I don’t know but it’s open now’. So I continued with asking for the room service menu assuring them that I had looked for it in the room and the staff member still not offering to help any further or get a menu for me I said I’d check again and call reception once I’ve got to my room. When I got up to my room and of course knew there was no menu and I called down. They said someone would bring one up to me which was kind of them and the guy who brought it to our room was friendly but when I asked who to call when we wanted to order he said ‘I don’t know’ so I said I’d call reception. On the menu it said MAIN MENU Served from 12:30 - 23:00.
As we had eaten just before we got back to the hotel that evening I was glad it was open later and at 10.15pm I called reception to ask for some food. I was told that the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t order anything. After explaining the timings on the menu I again was told that I was wrong and that he knows that the kitchen closes earlier than that. When I asked what time he said ‘I don’t know but I know it’s closed now, you should know that it won’t be open this late’.
I said it’s fine but I want to flag it for future guests that it therefore shows the wrong time on the menu. He didn’t believe me and asked I could bring the menu down to reception to show them. It’s obviously late and then he suggested tomorrow that I bring the menu down and ask for the manager to speak to about what I’m having a problem with. Having worked in customer service my whole life I have been very very polite and kind each time I spoke to any staff members and I feel like passing me off to the manager because no one wanted to help was lazy. It’s not my job to flag to your manager issues guests have come across. I felt rather undervalued at a place I’ve spent my hard earned money to holiday.

On their website it says there are two restaurants, table tennis, outside pool bar and other activities/facilities for guests. After asking someone on the front desk about information about what’s on at the hotel and saying that we didn’t get any info on arrival I found that there is only 1 restaurant, no table tennis or other activities as advertised and the pool bar was completely closed during our whole stay - it didn’t look like it ever opened. They said they twinned with another hotel over the road and we could use their facilities, we just had to tell the reception to call them to say we were coming. Not the reason we booked this hotel.

All of this unfortunately is on a review, I didn’t want to ruin my holiday by having an in depth moan with the manager as I’m quite a positive person, I get anxious easily and I tried to overlook it all as I was away.
I was also told that the hotel has only been open a few weeks and there will be a few teething problems but the lack of help each time I’ve asked, and understanding of when things open & close is something that should be there from day 1. All the staff need proper proper training on the hotel and what to do if someone asks for help and they don’t know the answer.

Now back home, I would recommend this hotel for an incredible location, good breakfast and wonderful pool but don’t expect top quality service.

I’m really sad to be writing this review, I never write bad reviews but I can only hope it’s seen by staff that actually want to make a difference.
