I never reviewed a place while I was still staying there. This I couldn’t help, because the whole experience was so awesome. It was my me time holiday for me , and I couldn’t have had a better break. My holidays will end soon and I was here for close to 10 days , didn’t go anywhere else, all day I was by the pool, in the garden, in the lobby, and the staff were always making sure I got what I needed. Tailored food to my taste, took care of anything that was missing . Made me feel so much at home. Special shout out to Franck and Karol who took care of the food with their warm welcome. To Eric, who was one of the best photographers, the kid will go long…he helped me patiently with a shoot... Patrick, Ann, pool boy, cleaning staff …thank you very much…all of you have been very kind. This was hell of a bday treat to myself ..

This hotel has its pros and cons. Pros... Anne is a sweet lady. Very hospitable and ready to help. Anne was kind enough to hold our booking to the date we were able to travel. The gentle man that served us breakfast was very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Kudos to the chef... We had the most amazing crumb chicken and calamari salad ever. Karol is their star. Quick in her service- very amiable. She made me super alcoholic dawas and only left her shift once we were well fed during the evening hours. The property is beautiful doubtlessly. The ambience created is very homely with its beautiful furniture and has an African touch. We had a stunning room with a private swimming pool. The watch man is well knowledgeable of the hotel and the nearing Diani town. He was kind enough to show us around the hotel one night (the terrace and garden are). Cons... The hotel is not by the beach- and slightly inwards from the main road. The road seems scary at night. The hotel is empty and pretty dead. We could count the number of guests staying there. The hotel staff all leave at 9 and only the watch man-stays back at night. First time seeing an entire hotel with 0 staff at night. We understand that there is no business- but the reception, I believe must be manned 24/7. We felt very unsafe. The hotel does not have duvets. Upon check in we only found a bed sheet on the bed that was supposed to do the job of a duvet. We were told Mombasa is hot so we don't put duvets. There was a fur blanket provided in the room- which we could not use- due to allergies we have. A gentle man from the reception managed to find us a duvet. It did the job. However, the duvet seemed old and date. We appreciate his extra efforts for going the extra mile. Generally, a stunning property with amazing staff. Their staff are their real assets. This is the place for guests that need extreme silence, stillness and tranquility. We would come back with a big group. Not other wise.

I wonderful place within Diani Beach. The property, ambiance, atmosphere are outstanding for its location. A beautiful and peaceful place. Attention to detail throughout! The staff "Top of the Line and extremely friendly" insuring everything is to your liking- every staff member from security at point of entry on! The breakfasts were wonderful. Served and presented professionally, providing a wonderful start to each day! We returned for a unexpected second stay we loved it so much. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner: Antonio. What a wonderful man. He is well loved by the staff and cares greatly about the property and your stay! This place is a must stay in my opinion. It does not have direct beach access, but the hotel assists you in transportation to the beach daily if needed. Thank you! I hope to be back soon!

We came to spend two nights in this place and ended up up staying for almost a week. With all the endless charm, amazing hospitality, the perfection of the smallest detail and an overall magic atmosphere you simply fall in love with this place. Antonio and his team manages to provide you with the feeling of coming home since the moment you enter the premises. Thank you very much for everything!
