Visited the hotel as a family of 4 recently as a last minute option. When you see the hotel from outside you never understand its huge capacity of rooms. You discover this in the morning at breakfast room when there is a huge line of people trying to get food. To be fair there was an unprecedented influx of people during this time due to extraordinary events in the country however it was too noisy and crowded. Rooms have started to show serious signs of wear and tear, there was an unpleasant smell in the rooms on check-in but after we aired it enough it was gone. Overall the rooms are clean however in the family rooms there are signs in the walls that show kids like to draw a lot :-). The heating/cooling is through air conditioners and they do their job quite good as the rooms were really warm. Bathroom was ok, with a walk in shower, but the heater in it didn't work (at least for our room). Breakfast was medium in both quality and range of assortments to chose from without taking in consideration the amount of people trying to get food in the same time. I would try not to stay away from recommending or not the hotel until a second visit under more normal circumstances.

Very good location and very good view from the balcony. You can admire the lake and the nature. I arrived in the hotel without a reservation and they accommodated me in a room. The service of the restaurant very poor, i asked the first night a plate of white pasta for my children and they took 1 hour and 20 minutes to prepare it. The breakfast was average but the service of waiter was poor.

Ok. Let s start from the very beginning. I called the hotel explaining that i wanted two rooms as we were two families. AND i asked them if there was a problem that i wanted to sleep with the little girl in one bed and my parents in a double bed.so i asked them to book two triple rooms. And THEY AGREED “from the phone” .. but. Here comes the prettiest part of the story. Before we arrived ,they called us twice during the day for making sure we would still have the 2rooms. Ok. But..when we came at the reception, they said we were four so ,we had to pay more for the kid,the rules says when the kid is 0-5 we have to pay and bla bla bla. They NEVER MENTIONED THESE RULES ON THE PHONE. otherwise i would have foond another hotel to book. We got soooo angry.their communication became uglier and worst. We insisted to pay for the triple room as we agreed on the phone and forcly, they agreed but..they threatened us to NOT use the fourth bed. I got shocked but I asked if anyone would come and take the bed out. They said YES ANGRILY. I WAITED IF ANYONE WOULD REALLY COME AND TAKE THAT BED OUT ,but they didn t . However. We felt offended and anry with all the three girls at the reception. The overall experience was horrible. The breakfast had nothing to do with the ALBANIAN TRADITION. the hotel was not QIUET AT ALL as “their strict rules”said. And you could easily see the dust through aaaall the pavement.. IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE . Never

The location is good! The internet is very slow and the breakfast was very bad, none of the traditional foods. They have tried to americanize the menu hence slowly loosing the authenticity of the region, the main reason people choose to visit these places!
