Stayed with my family on the beautiful island of Dhangethi. The Dhangethi Inn is situated in prime location. The guesthouse is a few minutes away from all essential locations. Right downstairs there are many stores that sell everything from food to basic day to day products. Just down the street there are beachside cafés and a old jetty where you can watch the sunset as well as see many fish from at night. The guesthouse has 4 clean decent sized rooms with a cleaner that will come anytime if you just ask. There is a cute kitchen you can use that has all the basic kitchen appliances and even a washing machine downstairs. My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at this guesthouse. The owner Tholal and his wife played a big part in making this trip a amazing experience. He took great care of us and made sure we were all comfortable and having a good time. Tholal took us on many excursions to snorkel where we saw many marine life such as coral fish, turtles, eagle rays and even whale sharks. The Dhangethi inn is great family friendly environment and is definitely a place I would love to visit to again.

Me and my husband have been to Dhangethi Inn for twice within one year, the host Toalal is amazing, he took us to amazing exertions we saw whale sharks, mantas, turtles, sharks and so much more! The hotel is clean and tidy, there is a kitchen that has everything we need for cooking our own meal. Location is steps to the jetty that you can watch beautiful sunset everyday. We have never been so relax on a vacation! We will definitely go again.

My family and me had a fabulous time in Dhanguethi, from the first day we step in the island we felt in love with it, but we liked even more our experience and the incredible hospitality of the guest house. His owner Thalal, is an amazing host, who took care of my family and myself every single day, he organized stunning excursions, he satisfied all our needs during the vacation going beyond we could have ever thought. The rooms are cosy, new and very clean. There is a common kitchen equipped with all the apliances you might need. The location is superb, in the main street and just a few meters from the beach. I cant stop recommending this place and I am counting the days to be back there. The day it happen it will definitely be in Dhangethi inn again.

We stayed on Dhangethi for more than a month and loved our time here! Dhangethi Inn is located on the main street, just a few steps from the west side of the island, with the old jetty and beachside cafes where you can watch the sunset. The “bikini beach” is about 5-7 minutes walk, on the south-east side of the island. The guesthouse has just 4 rooms, clean and comfortable, all on the first floor with a shared open balcony passageway, small terrace with dining area and a well-appointed kitchen where you can make your own meals and snacks, smoothies and juices. There’s also a washing machine available downstairs which is very helpful. The best part though is the warm welcome and great hospitality from Tholal and his wife — flowers on the bed when you arrive; fresh coconuts to drink; fruit, snacks and delicious traditional food; trips for snorkelling to see whale sharks, mantas and beautiful reefs, fishing, or to enjoy time on a local sandbank (we spent the night camping!); kayaking and other watersports... Plus if you need help with anything (we had to get a laptop delivered from overseas and apply for visas including sending our passports to Male), Tholal will arrange everything you require. We will definitely stay here again when (not if!) we return. Thank you!!!

Very nice rooms, very clean in a very good location. Mr Tholal is really a nice person and very helpful. This is the place to choose if you are staying in Dhangethi, for sure. The bikini beach is ridiculously small, comparing to other islands. It is happening everywhere; unfortunately there are tourists without education and values that keep reserving beach beds for hours while they are not there... a plague.
