We made a booking and payed in full however the lodge was deserted apon arrival. The person manning Sani stone lodge telephone informed us that the personnel from the lodge went to town and they don't know when there will be anyone to receive us.

We booked and payed to stay at the lodge on 8th of December 2020. Appon arrival the place was deserted. We phoned the number for the lodge and the person manning the phone informed us that the responsible person is in town and the cannot tell when he/ she will be back. 16:00 still no one there. We went to another lodge where we found two other couples with the same experience as us. This is terrible service!!

Only stayed the one night. Welcome and service was great - very friendly and helpful. Plenty of blankets on the bed to keep warm. The food was good. If looking for a place to stay in the area, we would return to this one.

Thank you again for the absolutely GREAT hospitality. Sani Stone Lodge has excellent staff, good and comfortable facilities, stunning views and tasty food. We recommend it with no reservation at all. This was our second stay at the establishment and we will definitely be back soon.

A good choice in Sani Pass Lesotho area. Not too many alternative around, but this is a good place to stay. Cheap, quite, comfortable, good food and kind friendly managing. What more to ask? The last few km from the main road is a deviation not too easy. But with a 4x4 no problem and the distance is short.
