Finding the location wasn't a hassle and we got good service from checking. we asked to be moved to a room with a bath and a shower and we were accommodated with this request. Our overall experience of the place was great.

Room Tip: ideally book a room from those numbered 9 and above and not the rooms in the new building.

I visited this place twice in one week. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I will be visiting this place again the next time I'm in Leribe. Charming little guest house. The grounds are well kept and the car security is on point. Beng ba mono ba ithata ele ka 'nete. I'd recommend this place for a good deal for a very good stay.

Travelled around Lesotho for a couple of days and stopped over at Naleli guesthouse on night of 5th July 2017 .

The room was clean and cozy.

There are insufficient power points in the room and noted cracked tiles on one end of the room, i don't think it will take much to fix this. It's not a nice sight. The bathroom window could do with some work as well.

The dinner was great and on the healthy side, appreciated this. Breakfast was also okay.
There is WiFi at the guesthouse but it wasn't working for the duration of our stay and they insisted the problem was with the service provider. We however managed to connect to the wifi , so my suspicion is that they hadn't bought data bundles :-) I also paid for a colleague cash and there was R10 change to be given back to me later , it wasn't. I also forgot about it and only remembered when i had long left the place... maybe an oversight on their side as well? I know it's just R10 but it's a matter of principle..

Overall it was okay.

We spent one night at Naleli while travelling in Lesotho. The family room was comfortable and clean, and the whole facility is pleasant and cozy. The only disappointing thing is that the staff tried to bring our dinner in the room because it was a bit too late for dinner.

We were excited to check in after our drive from Maseru and were disheartened to learn that there was an issue with our booking. To be fair, we were there during the October elections and most properties in town were booked up by election observers. Naleli though we had only booked for one person and we had four, the owner/manager stepped in to find a solution. She kindly offered us free drinks while we waited. Ultimately she found four rooms for us at Bird Haven, their sister property. Since we were not fully happy with our rooms there (see my separate review), we decided to move back to the Naleli the next night as they had the space that night. Naleli is a lovely property with a pleasant garden surrounded by a range of different rooms. I was fortunate enough to get a suite which had a huge bed, a desk, a sitting area with a big fridge, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. It was a big improvement over my situation at Bird Haven the night before when I didn't even have my own bathroom. The restaurant has a very limited menu with no vegetarian options. They were able to make me a greek salad for lunch a vegetarian pasta for dinner so I didn't starve but it would have been tough had I been there for more than a day or two. The breakfast was basic but nice with made to order eggs, beans, and the like. Overall a nice stay despite the unfortunate situation with the booking error.

It was nice to visit your guest house but some of the things you have to make sure you improve them, like food on the menu, make sure it's something that you'll serve your guests... Apart from that everything was perfect

Our group stayed in this place 11 days. The kindness and willingness to serve of the staff, It was like being among family. This is the second time we stayed here and for sure will go again. No question about the cleanness and comfort ability of the rooms.
