Great service with warmth in dealing with people. Clean areas and great breakfast. The room was luxurious and comfortable. Absolutely amazing and great location for relaxation. Staff are very friendly and management willing to go an extra mile. Modern style decor which brings a lighter mood and feeling.
Phalaborwa is extremely hot and one of the things you cannot go without is a aircon! It would have been nice if by the time I had to check in, the aircons were already on to cool down the room. Unfortunately this is not the case. Further than that it is desent rooms. It has a desk to work at and the bed is also nice. There is just a lot of bugs, but you are in semi bush area so its kind of understandable. Would have been nice if they gave citronella oil. 2 ply TP. Overall this place is nice to stay at.
Beautiful rooms with excellent food which is well priced Good service with shooters at half price Good value for money with excellent service. Owner is hands on with excellent staff with a good vibe. Place is well set out and beautiful layouts
We booked an impromptu weekend away and loved our stay at the guesthouse. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant meant that our children could eat dinner with us and then go to our room allowing us to have some adult conversation. Loved it and will be back
We went on a family trip to the Kruger National Park and our first night en route was spent at this guesthouse. We were 16 people and we all received personal attention as if we were the only guests in the complex. We are observant Jews and had cooler bags with food for a week. Not only did the kitchen staff and general staff make the effort to help keep everything cool in their own fridges, the chef on duty (unfortunately I don't recall his name) took the trouble to find out what our needs for breakfast were and before he finished his night shift left clear instructions as to what to leave and do for us so we were able to enjoy the hospitality of the place. Perhaps the beds were made with the tokolosh in mind, as they were quite high but they were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and in general a great time was had by all. Highly recommend staying here for longer than one night to get the full value of the place.…
