After an awful experience in Santorini a few months back (see my review) my wife wanted to end the year with a better holiday, her friend had previously stayed at Nirvana Mediterranean Experience and she absolutely loved it! She was right, everything from the moment we arrived until the day we left was more than perfect! What a huge and stunning place it is! The many groundsmen do such an amazing job each and every day! We received a warm welcome and smooth booking in (we can’t recall the girl’s name but it was sadly her last shift as she was going back to university) It has a beautiful reception area with an absolutely stunning Patisserie!! Needless to say we made many visits here! We also frequently used the gym and Hamam, the gym had great equipment and was spotless (as was everywhere else on the site) The Hamam was so peaceful and tranquil. Our room was a Forest View Standard, the most basic room on the site but it was more than perfect and still way better than many that we’d stayed in before, it was very spacious, a nice sized bathroom, comfy beds, lovely patio, perfect for drying washing also (we always do our washing when we go away) The room was cleaned every day by a lovely lady, who always did a superb job throughout, changing towels, changing/making beds, topping up water bottles in the fridge, etc. Upon arrival my wife was set up with a WhatsApp group for personal service, Selcan was our designated assistant, throughout our stay anything my wife requested was speedily replied to and actions carried out very swiftly, Selcan also took the reins and booked us into a few of the à la carte restaurants throughout the week, she truly was amazing! (this really was a level of service we weren’t used to! Are you sure it’s only a Five Star?.?) So many restaurants, well, they were something else, the staff in each one were so professional, smiley and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, offering drinks or checking we were happy with our meals, I won’t list the many restaurants we ate in but I will say they were all equally very special indeed. We ate mostly in the main Samsara Restaurant for breakfast and lunch, which was buffet, with a nice varied choice each day, again, service was top class (I’ve been to Michelin Star restaurants where the level of service didn’t match this) Many of the Samsara staff recognised us and always made us feel extra special each time they saw us. The swimming pool and pool area were really nice, a lovely bar, and various shops too, there were also ice cream and coffee bars (Turkish Coffee Ice Cream is to die for!) We joined in a Yoga class one afternoon which was really good, the instructor was lovely and friendly in explaining the moves to us two novices, who’d never previously done Yoga. We had lunch a few times from the noodle bar, we’d have Satay Chicken Skewers and Noodles, freshly cooked and so tasty! Poolside was spacious and there were always sun beds available (we came 31st August to 7th September, so there were hardly any Brits here which was actually quite refreshing!) The site is so child friendly, so many families were here with their little ones, who were all having a great time! Special mention to the really nice lifeguard who’d make a fuss of guests and their children, he had to pull rank a few times with the naughty little ones but he’d always have a smile on his face. We also went to the water slide section on the other end of the complex, and tried a couple of the slides, totally awesome! If you’re fit enough to climb the stairs to the water slides this is a must, whatever age you are! The site is also a pet friendly complex, with people bringing their dogs for their stay which was really nice to see, we’re cat people ourselves and it was so lovely to meet the resort’s resident cats that roam the site, they’re clearly so happy, healthy and well looked after! As I said, everyone was lovely and everything was more than perfect! Thank you Team Nirvana for making our first visit to Turkey such a special and memorable one, we look forward to coming back again in the near future.

We stayed at the Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence hotel from May 6 to May 13. 2 adults + 1 child. The holiday was simply great. What I especially liked: the huge, green area. The main part of the territory is occupied by 2-story and one-story bungalows for 1 room, therefore the number of vacationers for such an area is small. Large children's club that is open until midnight (!!!). Every evening animated shows that end at 23:00 and there is a blissful silence when you can sleep with an open balcony and wake up to the singing of birds.
The beach, despite the fact that it is Beldibi, is cleared of stones, there is an excellent sandy entrance + a large pier with a bar.
Separately, it is worth noting the food at the hotel. It is beyond all praise. In addition to the varied buffet in the main restaurant, I really liked the evening trips to the a la carte restaurants. We opted for this hotel on the same dates year-over-year and came with 5 families. Unfortunately, it’s an all-inclusive hotel. We have a 1.5-year-old daughter, and they said we didn’t want beds in the room. We don’t know how children who only have a crib can sleep. We asked for a baby's shampoo-care kit, they didn't have such a concept, we got their own shampoos already planted, and we don't think they have any news about the kids' eyes burning. Custom hotels even offer a dedicated toothpaste and brush for kids, and there are no bathrobes for kids. The hotel is a large and flashy place built among the red pine trees, there are 9 A la carte restaurants, 6 free, 3 paid, we tried The Sea Club which is paid, 30€ per person, it was really enjoyable, you don't feel sorry for the money you paid, everyone's taste may be different but it's sweet. First of all, although we purchased a standard room during our trip with my wife and twin babies, our room was upgraded to the 2 upper rooms, namely Sedir Evleri. There are also natural and local foods (such as their own fermented yoghurt, drinks such as apple, carrot and tomato juice squeezed right next to you, their own handmade ice cream, handmade chocolates), the Starbucks corner by the seawater pool and many more options that I cannot list. It was a very different holiday adventure for us with its child and baby friendly, calm and peaceful environment, beautiful shows in the evenings and rooms especially located in the greenery. When you first enter the hotel, you are in constant communication with the P.Asistant service, which is assigned to deal with all our problems and requests, via WhatsApp and is instantly resolved in all kinds of requests and problems. We stayed as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, in this hotel, which is like a corner of heaven with its large, well-kept areas surrounded by pine trees. All staff at the reception and other areas are very attentive and helpful. Food and activity opportunities are at a very high level. Beverages in their original packaging make us very happy. We hope that this hotel, which is excellent in many things, will improve itself in the following two areas and be perfect in every respect. 1- The sofas offered in the living room of the family rooms of the main building where we stayed are not at all comfortable for sleeping, and the noise coming from the corridors of the floor and the lobby and the 24-hour restaurant downstairs in this room does not allow for a sound sleep. In addition, many guests use the piano on the lobby floor at unexpected times and make noise. This piano should not be used after certain hours. We also expected the room cleaning to be better. Especially the cleaning of wet areas is not sufficient. 2- The taste of some of the abundant and varied dishes could have been better.

First of all thank you for your kind interest to Nirvana Hotels.
At Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence, the indoor pool in the MeSpa Center and Sea Water Pool are heated.
Generally, our pools are heated up to 28°C in accordance with standards and generally are heated until May 1st, but the activation of heated pools is determined at the discretion of the hotel management based on weather conditions.
