A friendly property close to clubs, bars and the beach, the Kavos Plaza scores points for location.”This place is spot on if you like your holidays action-packed. It’s a five-minute walk from Kavos’ neon-lit strip, so you’ve got bars, clubs and restaurants close by. Plus, it’s even less than that to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of watersports on offer. The apartments themselves are newly renovated with ash and natural coloured walls, tiled floors and wooden furniture. They come with kitchenettes, so you can cook when you fancy. And there’s a balcony or terrace so you can dine outside. Factor in air-conditioning and you’ve got a basic but comfortable bolthole. And for those you don't like to cook you'll find breakfast is served, as well as light bites and full-on lunches. Outside, there’s a rectangular pool surrounded by sunloungers, and a bar right by the water. It’s a rustic wood-and-stone affair serving up everything, with a great selection of drinks and fresh home made food. The cocktails are really popular, too.On top of all that, every night the Kavos Plaza puts on games and events with a resident DJ, with weekly barbecues by the pool. In fact, the whole place has a really friendly vibe – you’ll be on first-name terms with the staff before you know it.

I have been to this hotel in 2016 September but I have never leave a review, I decided to review all the hotels I have stayed in.. So, overall the hotel is nice the rooms were big enough for me and it wasn’t outdated, it’s more modern style. The pool area was nice with a decent size pool, the breakfast was ok nothing special but not the worst. The area around is lovely, it have pool table and good size swimming pool. The location is very good because the hotel is in a quiet area and very close to lively town around 3min walk. My overall impression of the hotel it self was very good but unfortunately when I stayed in this hotel the cleaners have stole my new jeans that were still even in the shopping bag as I haven’t got time to repack them. But I went to reception to sort this out and they told me to go to the shop and buy new ones and they will give me money back for this pair. If this accident haven’t happened I would rate this hotel for 4 but because of this incident I will give 3. But hopefully they have change the staff and nothing like this is happing.

Stayed here with a large group of friends and was pleasently suprised by the cleanliness and hospitality of the hotel, the rooms all overlook the pool are spacious have enough wardrobes hangers etc, fridge and safe and air con inc at no extra cost. the bar staff are really friendly and the hotel offers a great food menu too, it is a 5 min walk to the beach down a pathway opposite and a few minutes from suermarket and restaurants - this hotel is at the edge of the resort so quieter than most in the town so you can sleep. we had a really great time and the hotel really couldnt do enough for our large group. we will be back

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely Kavos Plaza hotel. Now, I have to be honest and say that a little bit of my heart already belongs to Corfu so it will come as no surprise that this is a post that will whole heartedly encourage you to visit rather than stay away. Kavos itself has it's own charm...it may be a little grubby round the edges and, after a 5 months pounding from tourists, it may need a little coat of paint here & there but this cannot be said of the hotel itself. Even though we arrived at the very last weekend of their summer season we were still very pleasantly surprised to find this particular hotel in fine condition. When I say we, I mean a large group of 36 who were in town for a weekend of 'let your hair down' shenanigans. The majority of these people were used to Ibiza standard hotels so I was a little concerned as wwe made our way into resort.... Well I needn't have worried...we were met off the bus by two very enthusiastic people who welcomed us to the hotel and quickly got us checked into our rooms. The rooms themselves our simple, as you'd expect from Corfu, but were very clean and in decent condition. The fridge was an unexpected bonus, as was the free use of the safe & highly effective air conditioning. It is always so much nicer to just check in without having to pay this extra and that extra. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition with decent water pressure in the shower and hot water whenever required. The pool itself was nice and our group spent a lot of time round it during the day. Even though we were right at the end of the season the bar remained well stocked with alcohol and the bar staff were really bubbly, friendly and very welcoming...a credit to the hotel management. The food menu itself was a little limited as we got towards he end of our stay but that is to be expected as we moved towards the very end of the season. All of the food that we had over the 4 days was of very good quality...especially the barbecue buffet that they laid on for us on the Saturday night. All in all, it was a very good stay and I will be back to visit again. I would highly recommend this hotel as would everyone else who stayed there with us.
