If you visit that part of the island chandris is a good option to stay , we had an apartment, it was very nice and clean , equipped with everything you need , the staff was very , very nice and helpful, the pool very clean , the yard , the sunbeds ,the restaurant, the stairs was cleaned every day . The food is only ok , but if you don’t like it you have a lot of choices very near , bars and restaurants and also a supermarket at 2 min walk where you can find everything that you need. The beach is also very near but is not a very nice beach, if you walk 10 min you will find some more nicer and cleaner In some places if you drink from the beach bar the sunbeds are free.

One of the best locations from kavos as I find out, needs to improve and publish real pictures when promoting itself! I booked on booking.com but our apartment did not had any balcony as presented in the pictures and in description, so this made the space inside really dark, not wellcoming and also we had to dry and guard our stuff on a corridor where everibody was passing by! (I never said so many "good morning!" and "good eavening!" in my life on a vacation :)) ) They could not provide us a different room! We also had some problem with water pressure so if you go with kids you have to be very carreful! Big problem with the cleaning hours because the staff camed to clean the room allways around 14:00pm while we where sleeping. We tried to explain but unfortunatelly seemed that was very hard to make them understand, therefore we did not manage to rest to much. They also have to improve their bar recipies beacuse the coctails that they serve are really bad. The fridge in our room was a little "monster" (pictures) other than that the room vas very clean. If you don t mind all these there are also good things about these location: it s clean, the pool it s great also for kids, the beach is close and not crowded, the breakfast it s great (even though it s served after 8:30 wich is unusual for us... there is no whay to buy a coffee earlier that these hour) also there is not a lot of noise from the clubs - except you have bad luck like we had for a few days and get some neighbours in the next room that where a mess and destroied everithing around. I understand that these part of the iland it s a party zone but I think it s bad for these location to not care about the clients they have so yes, we did mind a lot when these guys where using some ballons to get high in front of our child or when they camed drunk in the midle of the night and throw away with the stuff around in their room waiking up everibody .... and you, as a host, dont't care too much! All guys and girls that worked there where friendly and attentive! Some things about the iland, the restaurants and ferry: Iland was full of garbage and there is no such a thing like the famous blue sea on the beach except in the north part where it s very crowded. Taking a ferry to Corfu and back it s an adventure. We where lucky because we booked the tickets online because our friends did not booked online and got a place on a waiting list so they had to wait 5 hours in the port to get a place on a ferry! So be carreful on that! Oh... I m sorry but the only food we enjoyed was at "terry s". Can you imagine that we could not get a fresh orange juice to many of the restaurants we ve been ... and the oranges are up on the tree!? We also did not had a lot of choices of fresh fish and sea food and what we ve got on the plate, many times was greasy or undercooked! As a couple plus a child (6y.o) one meal cost around 50Euro (includes as drinks 2 local beers, 1 juice and 1 water) wich is fair or mabe too much comparing with what they offer. One other important thing ... they don t serve soups in the restaurants and for us soups are like a meal. These is strange because it s the first time we go to a foreign country and have a "soup" problem! Saying that, for us, it s the first and last time in Corfu. Some might say that we are picky but Corfu for us is on "not to visit" list! I wish people be more honest about their reviews because it s very important not to feel guilty about your true opinion and mabe think about the fact that other like you would like to read exactly what i ve posted here and make the right choice!

I went on a holiday with 13 of my friends. Chandris apartments were able to place me and all my friends in th same hall so we were not far from each other. it is a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen in my life, the water was warm, clear and calm. about a 15 minute walk there is a water park centre where you can do such activities as waterskiing, parasailing and a five hour boat trip all around the kazoos islands. there are countless amazing, cheap restaurants surrounding the apartments and not too far down the roads are two dozen clubs. they are far away enough that you cannot hear them from the apartments but close enough that you can just walk to them in no time. The bar at the apartments was very handy, cheap but delicious cocktails made by the lovely bartenders and food can be ordered at the bar also. the swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs is a beautiful place to chill out in the scorching sun. everything you need is within a close proximity of the apartments and Corfu airport is only a short drive away, there are many facilities to pick you up and drop you off. beautiful place that I will definitely be visiting again :)

Came to kavos in August as a couple. We didn’t actually stay in this hotel we were in another hotel called Kolouris beach which was awful. We couldn’t afford to change hotels so we went looking for another pool to use as ours was dirty. We luckily found the Chandris apartments only five minutes away and we where so glad we did! We checked out the pool and it was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean! There was a sign at the entrance saying free pool everyone welcome and there was also a sign to say they sold food so we ordered a full English breakfast. It was really nice and just like our food at home. When we had eaten the bar man said stay and enjoy the pool. We where made to feel really welcome even though we wasn’t even staying at this hotel. So that’s exactly what we did we stayed at the pool all day and it was lovely. We then ordered lunch. 7 Euro for 2 sandwiches and a big bowl of chips. Again the food was absolutely gorgeous we really enjoyed it. You could tell the food was really fresh and made to order. They said sit at the pool on your sunbeds we will bring it over. Excellent service. We ordered beers and they where lovely too! I’m not a larger drinker but there beers where so smooth and nice. When you order they pull out a frozen pint pot out of the freezer it was so refreshing. We where in kavos for three days and every single day we came back to this hotel as it was so clean, nice, the food was nice and all the staff where really friendly. If it wasn’t for this hotel we would have had a rubbish holiday as our hotel was awful and was nothing compared to this. We where made to feel like guests here we felt so welcome. You could basically do what you wanted there was no complaining. We played a bit of football which belonged to them at one point and inflatables where just left in the pool for us to use free of charge. You could also play darts for free and a game of pool was only 1 Euro. On our day of departure we had to leave our room by 10am and we wasn’t being picked up until 12 midnight. We where worried as we didn’t know what to do. We wanted to enjoy the sun on our final day but was worried about what we would do for a shower before going home. Our hotel was filthy it was that bad we didn’t want to ask them if we could have a shower as we had already seen there shower room which was dirty and had lizards init. So we went to the chandris. We told them we had checked out of our room and that we wasn’t being picked up until midnight. The bar man said oh no I will ask the boss if you can use one of our rooms for a shower. We were shocked as we had not even stayed at this hotel yet they were willing to offer us a room for a shower. We were very grateful. A short time later the bar man came back and said yes we have a room for you. Let us know when you would like the key. We could not believe they were willing to give us a room for free to have a shower we were so grateful and overwhelmed. When we were taken to the room they apologised and said this room is not normally for guest. The guest rooms are much nicer so we apologise. There was no need to apologise the room was spotlessly clean and really nice. It was ten times better than the room we had stayed at in our hotel for the last three nights. The room was overlooking the pool. We could not believe how nice they were to us. After our shower we went down to the bar. They asked when we was being picked up. We told them we were being picked up at midnight and that we had to walk back to our hotel as that was our pick up point. To get back to our hotel it was either a five minute walk up the beach which we couldn’t do because of our suitcases or it was a 20 minute walk up hill up a dirt track road which was poorly lit. The bar man said oh no you can’t walk up there! He said give me the transfer number and I will ring them for you. So he did he rang them and spoke in Greek and then said it’s all sorted for you the coach is going to pick you up from here. We could not believe how good they were to us we were so thankful. If I ever come back to kavos I would trillion percent come back to this hotel. Everything was amazing here from start to finish and we didn’t even stay here. We were made to feel like guest, really welcome. The place is spotlessly clean, service excellent, lovely pool, food and staff. What more could you want! 5 stars from us. Thank you so much chandris you made our holiday a good one x

The staff here were so lovely. Our flight home wasn’t til late in the evening but they gave us another apartment after check out so we could stay at the pool and have showers before we left. They were quick to answer any questions and sort out any problems we had. The pool was lovely and quiet and the apartments were close to the beach and strip but secluded so you didn’t get any of the noise.
