Nice location and rooms are spacious. But had a lot of problems Locker in room was broken (fixed after days) Air-condition broken Wi-Fi off line for 3 days Water in bathroom wasn't working my last day. The staff did their admost best to make sure all will be solved but management didn't took any problem serious and just wanted to compensate with 10% discount on food🥱 Please take all these in consideration before you book this place Not 3-star worthy.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location on the beach. Lovely friendly staff. Also the position of the hotel gets you close to all restaurants and bars in Chaweng but you can’t hear the noise from the bars. Good is excellent too. We are a lot in the hotel it was so good

the hotel is located directly on the beach in a nice location, lacks a bit of touch details , staff are very nice and always helpful. BF looks not encouraging, but has the usual expected stuff. i tried the spa and it was really good, i stayed in a deluxe room , the room is large enough to fit 3 persons. the price comparing to the quality is correct i stayed there in feb 2019

The hotel is quite and OK, 50 meter away from the noise party street. We had the beach front bungalow. Good location just 5 meter from the beach. But this room was very expensive. The room was god quality for a 3 stars hotel. There was noice from the air plane landing and takeoff. The breakfast was not upto standard. The beach was very nice. The beach had a lot of big waves. The water was crap, lot of polution and plastic debreads. There are NO coral in Koh Samui. Snorkeling is very bad. The party street is very bad, with lot of garbage and sewage in the street. I have been many places in Thailand, Kho Samui is extremly expensive, I will guess two or tree times more expensive than Bangkok. The Chaweng area is not a place for kids.

We were there in a beachfront bungalow for 13 days. Beach very nice with only the odd swamped up floating plastic after heavier weather out at sea, with a choice of no waves for the little kiddies to the left (coral reef barrier 100m out), and waves and fun for swimmers to the right. Cleanliness inside and outside top, food excellent, and staff lovely and always Thai-friendly (except the older daytime employed beachfront security watchdog, who constantly patrolled up and down along and between! the private beach lying beds, constantly bugging guests who were snoozing, reading, or just relaxing about people who were further out than 10m about rip-currents that did not exist during our stay+, telling people that 100's of people have already died there....this guy put up red flags all along the front of Baan Chaweng trying to scare everybody for nothing. He also kept whistling at adults having a swim in easy waters, telling them to move left or right, disturbing their peace and fun). We ignored that guy after the first day and we happily bathed with our 6 year old in the easy waters for the whole 13 days even if he whistled. Oh, and I do know Chaweng Beach and where possible rip-currents at certain times of the year may occur very well since 1985 when I was there for the first time, and there was no airport nor any hotels or security guys along the beach. Other than that guy disturbing the peace, Baan Chaweng is great.…

Room number 204. Very close to restaurant,pool and beach Room serviced daily.All staff most helpful and friendly.Short walk up to main road if you wish to dine elsewhere or perhaps do some shopping. Recommend the massage on the beach. Cannot pick anything that anyone could possibly complain about As I said before I WILL BE BACK

We did not stay in this resort on this occasion but definitely plan to on our next visit to Koh Samui. We visited this resort on a number of occasions to use their beach facilities and have lunch. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The food was enjoyable and the location outstanding. We used their sun lounges on the beach in front of the resort and found this to be free if you were eating and or drinking from their restaurant. The beach in front of this resort is stunning, clean and as safe as a beach can be with all the usual sellers on the beach trying to sell their wares who are also very friendly. I so look forward to staying in this resort next year!

Stayed for 6 days. The place is lovely. Very centrally located but also very quiet. The rooms were nice and spacious, the pool was great and the beach was beautiful. Perfect place for staying with kids!!
