We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a place on the peaceful and beautiful Chaweng beach. Our room faced directly to the ocean and watching the sunrise every morning was pure joy! The Thai style bungalows have class and beauty. The restaurant has the most beautiful view. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach without being in the water. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. Pla at the front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She even arranged Covid testing in Bangkok for us so we could get home.!
We arrived on Christmas eve excited to spend the holidays in tropical paradise. We were greeted by the tap leaking and water all around the sink and the floor as the tap was clearly leaking but wasn't spotted by the cleaners. We reported this to reception and they sent someone from the maintenance team to take a look, they put a towel around the sink and advised this was a temporary measure. On Christmas morning we woke to water everywhere, we called reception again and advised them it needed fixing. They sent maintenance once again and after 45 minutes the problem was still not solved and we were stuck waiting in our room whilst people came in and out looking at the tap. We eventually grew tired of this and asked to be moved so that we could finally enjoy our holiday, we was given another room albeit after a short wait for the room to be cleaned. The management team helped us when we asked however there was no proactive help at all. The rest of our stay was fairly pleasant however the villas were not sound proof in any way, we could hear the external air con unit firing up every 10 minutes (even during the night) and peoples voices walking past. The beach was beautiful and most staff were extremely nice and helpful. Drinks and food are a reasonable price and readily available given a lot of the businesses outside the hotel are closed due to covid.…
We’ve spent the first time in ko samui we were stay more then 1 week in the hotel The villas are amazing We got an upgrade to the beach side because villas is fully booked ,cleaning the room was also perfect! the manager Resort and staff helpful and friendly Exception service
The Staff at the Resort are excellent. The staff service is great. We love everything about this Resort especially their staffs. The resort is located in nice and quiet beach. We really enjoyed it. We planned to come back next year!
Stay away! The management is after every penny they can get and have no interest in customer satisfaction. Even though we booked with cancellation options, they kept forcing us to prepay online or they'd with held documents to our friends needed to enter Thailand - the country just needs a booking reference/confirmation and payment is done on arrival. Absolutely shameless! Receptionist Jar extremely rude (person on emails), negative energy. We paid 7 nights but due to covid impact our trip got delayed, despite paying for 4 extra nights for 2 villas (and losing 20,000) we were not offered any discount or even a free breakfast as some sort of a positive gesture. Extremely dirty bathroom with animal droppings on the floor and smell of moss with all the moisture in the cabin. Tassanee the manager made the non English speaking staff take our pictures without permission and passed them around on WhatsApp, we found this weird and invasive... the manager also only "works" from home. We felt totally unwelcome and wanted to get out as soon as possible... Please spend your money somewhere that knows how to treat guests, they don't care if you come back or not. There are much better places with better value!…
