a very nice and comfortable hotel to stay in Ko Samui. it is actually in the heart of the city but unfortunately due to the covid pandemic, all the shops and eateries are all closed. hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. there's a big swimming pool and the beach is just right in front of the hotel. I left my water bottle behind when I checked out and the hotel arrange to have it delivered to me in Bangkok. Very nice of them. will surely come back here to stay again when I'm in Samui.

Good service and nice location. Second visit to this hotel. Friendly staff and overall a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. Also love the happy hour every day. The burger restaurant outside that is attached to the hotel also serves the best burgers in Samui.

Having never been to Koh Samui we picked a great resort. Just a hint, join the OZO club before booking, gives great discounts. Courtesy pickup and return from the airport. A very short ride to the Resort. Nice cool reception area, easy check in. We stayed in a ocean view king room. Quite compact, bedside tables, lounge chair and table, tv that angles out for view from the bed. Shelf under the tv to put cables etc, bar fridge, big shower, closet for safe, drawers and hanging spaces. Timber balcony with lounges,pathway to your ocean front beach access. Lovely big pool with a kids pool alongside. Pool towels supplied. Plenty of pool side lounges, beach lounges and umbrellas. Has a pool bar and beach bar. Special drinks throughout the day. Nice menu for a easy eat in dinner, or Stacked Burgers out the front with a good menu. Breakfast included with a big variety of choices. Central to a lot of nice Restaurants. Great massages just across the road. Very happy with our week there, lovely clean and clear ocean and water sports if you want.…

Excellent location at Samui Beach. Hotel is a part of ONYX Hotel Group who also has Amari in their list. Great view of Gulf of Thailand, clean water. Thai food restaurants are nearby, hotel has happy hour for drinks. Restaurant is good. Breakfast is good. Foot massage is just on the opposite of the hotel. You can access sea sports by walk. McDonald's and Burger King is 10 min walk. So is 7/11.

Modern hotel set in the middle of Chaweng Beach. Excellent location, good large pool. Breakfast had loads of choice, everything for us and the kids. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.

This is our second vacation at OZO. My family and I rented two rooms close to the beach, both with a kind of private lawn accessible through the french window. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, provided with fridge, kettle, air dryer and a large, comfortable bed. At the restaurante we especially appreciated the large choice of food, both Western and Thai , for breakfast and ate some good pizzas and other dishes for lunch. The Stacked Burger next door is also really good. We never used the swimming pool because the sea water was amazingly warm and clear, but saw many other gusts spending there their time. Nice, dry weather completed our perfect week.

This is the good place for family with kids and peaceful. The beach very clean and good for kids. The pool is clean. All staffs are friendly and politely. We will recommend my friend to visit here surely.

Great Hotel, wonderful staff..Very very clean. Highly recommended. My solo trip to Thailand started out in Ko Samui . This was a great way to start my travels. The Thai massages on the beach were amazing. Anytime you can relax, and get a massage out in the open... wow !!! Thank you to the wonderful staff, mostly females, who were always smiling under their masks, and always there to help whenever I needed help. Great breakfast smorgasbord. I would recommend this hotel to Any family or friend. Great location as well.

The hotel is well situated it was just a pity it was practically empty and most of the shops etc around were closed due to this crazy Thailand pass system .the 2 bedroom family accommodation was very small and really needs a living room
