Beautiful hotel & property! All of the staff was so professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! Breakfast was delicious & our room was beautiful. They even have complimentary kayaks and SUP’s to use. Housekeeping was great and kept our room fully stocked each day. Our room was HUGE and very private.

Amazing place. Beach is spectacular. I did 7 days quarantine here with sandbox and it was great. Friendly staff, good food, amazing view and very clean place. Good location, there is a money change like 3 min walking and the main town is like 15-20min walk.

The resort is located at Chaweng beach which is the most beautiful beach in Samui. We stayed at the resort during the first weekend of November 2020. The white sand and warm ocean is faborious. The resort's Italian restaurant named Olivio is very delicious.

This was our 4th 2 week visit to this Resort. Again the staff looked after us brilliantly. We were given an upgrade upon arrival following a free airport transfer to hotel. There are only positive things to say about this hotel and it’s staff. Breakfast is great. Plenty of fresh choices for all Nationalities set amongst a gorgeous location. Drinks are 2-4-1 from 12pm to 6pm with a great selection on Cocktails, Wines and Beers. The staff come to you by the pool or on the beach so you don’t even have to move. The Staff. WOW, what to say. The staff are the reason we return each year to this Resort. They can’t do enough for you at all times. From the guys who collect you from the airport and take bags to your room onto the lovely girls on reception. Then you have the lovely ladies who make your room spotless each and every day. Each day from early morning to late evenings you have the guys making the grounds simply gorgeous. Tropical plants/trees along with the ponds with amazing looking fish. Finally, you have Oh and his team at the pool and the restaurant. They literally bend over backwards to make each day of your visit as special as it can be. I cannot wait to hopefully return to this resort in 2021. I can’t recommend this place anymore to anyone. You won’t regret it. THANK YOU to all the staff.…

This is a lovely resort. It is small, but the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay! When the tide is out-the beach and water is warm and crystal clear. When it is high tide, you will have to walk through a neighboring resort to get beach access. This is normal and is not frowned upon at all. The location is quiet, but you can easily walk just 5-10 minutes up the beach and find lots of activity, massages, beach bars/restaurants. We've traveled the world and this was one of our most favorite destinations ever!

The way you want to arrive at a hotel, greeted with a smile, drink and cold towel. Entrance is fabulous and the short walk down to the sea front and pool is beautiful. The water features and sublime, as much as a little noisy from 10am to 6pm with the room overlooking them. That leads us on to the room, lovely large room with balcony and great to have beach towels and a bag provided. The jacuzzi bath is large and little old looking but as with parts of the room, some things have weathered and it prob needs a little tlc, but with a gigantic bed and aircon, its a great retreat. The downside is that our room was an adjoining room and we could hear everything next door and I mean everything. Which is a shame as not what we wanted to hear while trying to sleep. The other distraction and there is a theme, is the animal with the large mating call that went on throughout the night. The sea is beautiful and the pool area is lovey. The perfect relaxing spot and with the small private beach and great waiting staff (yes Oh was great and attentive when required) its the perfect place to catch some rays or dip in the warm sea or colder pool. Its a good 15 min walk to the centre and quite a few restaurants once you come out of the hotel. The jeeps beeping are happy to taxis you in and we paid 100baht each. Prob a little overpriced but its fine. Id recommend the hotel but the room next door spoilt it somewhat and the mosquitos loved out skin, we certainly had our fair share of bites. Overall its a good hotel with staff and amenities that are good. Hope this helps those looking for an honest review. …

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The reception service is very keen to help and will send housekeeping within minutes every time you call for anything. The room is very clean and mini bar well stocked. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept with great ponds with koi carps and tranquil fountains. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of foods from around the world. Staff are very attentive and always smiling. The Olivio restaurant serves good quality food whether is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Pool area is well kept by the lovely Oh (pool staff) who is always cleaning and asking if you would like a drink or something for lunch. They also clean the beach that is attached to the hotel. If you are thinking about booking this place don’t even stop to read my review just BOOK IT this is the most beautiful place in the world. This is my second year coming to this hotel and oh my God it didn’t disappoint. I brought my whole family back for the second year because it was so fantastic the first year and my family are on the Internet right now booking next year!!! And you can’t get better than that. The hotel is run by the general manager khun Tommy who runs the hotel in a most fantastic way. She knows exactly what is going on at every moment in the hotel and is there for everyone of your needs should you need her. This is what you need from a very good hotel. Most hotels have a general manager that you never see or hear of ... This is a small boutique hotel where everything is noted and seen by the general manager she is aware of everything and this is what makes this hotel absolutely perfect. The rooms range obviously by price but every room is totally lovely and clean and 5 star We always opt for the pool rooms all of which are fabulous... if you can go for the executive pool rooms ... you could not want more. My partner and I stayed here for 14 nights over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could not fault the hotel at all from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Our room was exactly as described, exceptionally clean and had lots of lovely little touches like a free fruit plate, a newspaper every day, a Christmas stocking and plenty of bottled water to keep us going. They also provided beach towels and a beach bag if needed. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was clear that they really wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Over Christmas the staff went above and beyond with a lovely dinner on Christmas Eve where the staff prepared entertainment, Santa was at breakfast distributing sweets and as said they left us a small Christmas present. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and made sure breakfast was enjoyable every day Thip who we saw almost ever day was always keen to make sure we were having a good time and always remembered what our drinks orders were for breakfast. If you want a lovely hotel that’s close enough to all the action but far enough away to give peace and tranquility then this hotel is for you.
