If you’re after a slice of luxury, then do yourself a favour and book this place!! I loved it so much that I extended my stay. It’s a new, completely spotless hotel. The rooms are stunning - as is the wrap around pool area and beach bar. To top it off, there’s a brand new gym so you don’t have to sacrifice fitness while on holidays👌 oh and great wifi 🤓

A place to unwind , the hotel is brand new luxurious and has a wow factor for sure. I normally complete my trip and then write a review but couldn’t resist, it’s our day 8 and still 4 more days to go, staying in the state of the art sea facing balcony room what a view amazing service , sumptuous food. There is not a single thing one can point is out of place. Traveler’s picking up in samui and it’s the right time to come in blend of nice and not too full.

Seems like the hotel was recently renovated: everything is new and bright. Couldn’t pay for the hotel upon arrival as the card stopped working. Phoebe really did her best to help us and not to feel unwelcome. In atm we also couldn’t get the money ( because the amount was too big as we discovered later, and the atm doesn’t say this). So we tried to make three new bookings for the hotel and manage to pay only one. All of them non refundable… here again I would like to thank Phoebe because never in my life I’ve seen such a willingness to help, such understanding, such attention and such attitude. Thank you, Phoebe! This is how outstanding service looks like! The rest was also top notch: all our requests were quickly executed, cleaning ladies also did their best. Water, instant coffee, tea, sugar in the room. WiFi (for four devices) was also good. The beach was the best ever! Though the territory of the hotel is small, it’s so lovely! The location is perfect with many restaurants around. The only thing they can do better is breakfast. Very limited choice. Overall experience was wonderful, will definitely come here again.…

The beach front hotel was just open for three days when i arrived! The staff and Mooyen where so kind and happy to have me! Instayed four nights and it was incredible! The pool was more than amazing, breakfast was perfect, dinner at the hotel is a big recommendation (very good chef! He can make you everything you want and the menu is just SO good!!!) Every day i went to the beach bar at the end of the day and had one of their signature cocktails. They really are amazing and the view is also! I am definitely coming! They booked me a tour to Marine Island, a lovely daytour and very good organised! I wish i could stay longer! Thank you for everything to the whole crew! Lianne

This is the second time iv visited here as it was so nice the first time around. The reception staff were fantastic, the rooms are spotless, the showers are amazing. For me the best part is the location, 10.minutes into the buzzing chaweng area but perfectly located to get out on a scooter.

this hotel has 4 stars but for me only 3 stars. it needs an upgrading. only the bathrooms were upgraded,but he rest needs painting, better care,better cleaning better care around the swimmingpool. poor breakfast.good shuttle service to town. very good spot but this deserves more!! a lot to do for the manager and much support from the accord office should be wise !!! the beach was not clean.cleanbeach,really a shame! a lot of work to do there ! no value for a lot of money !

Stayed for a week. First impressions not good building new hotel opposite lots of noise. Tables and chairs outside covered in thick dust. Rooms good comfy bed and pillows fridge and all toiletries hairdryer robes and slippers. Breakfast was good buffet that catered for international traveller. Pool area good but sun hidden by talk trees for parts of day. Taxi from airport 500 tb taxi to airport 450 through hotel . 2 mins walk to beach through builders tunnel no private beach as said in previous posts . Staff excellent.

Hello, So I do not recommend this dirty hotel, with disrespectful staff, not keeping their commitments and misleading customers in the photos. Disgustingly, I fled to another hotel, 10 minutes after my arrival. Run away....

This hotel is clean and nice. The staff are friendly. We enjoyed the relaxation and drinks at the pool. Unfortunately, there is construction across the road and it is a 10-15 min walk to the beach past the construction. The area is very crowded with tourists it seemed. The upside of that is that there is plenty of shopping and food options close by. Staff are helpful to arrange day trips, transfers etc... if needed.

I stayed here as part of a solo trip through Japan and Thailand and enjoyed my stay a lot. Rooms: Exceeded expectations. Very spacious and local-feeling but modern decor. Nice touches like bathrobes. Hotel grounds: Very nice hotel facility- you cross a wooden bridge/coy pond just to get to the elevators. Location: Farther South in Chaweng, off the main road. Stores including 7-11 in the immediate vicinity. Beach a very short walk from the hotel. 15-20 minute walk to the more popular part of town Vibe: Farther away from the party scene (this was a plus for me on this trip). Nice facility on a plain-looking main road. Not for the glam-resort seekers. For cool kids with some experience traveling through different countries. Staff: Excellent. Everyone I interacted with was kind and went out of their way to help me. I arrived hours early and the front desk staff offered me an early check-in without me asking, which was greatly appreciated.
