My hotel had bad internet and as I was 'working from home' I needed a place where I could work, also have teams meetings etc. Cosi was the perfect place for me. There are two floors to the internet cafe, with normal desks, sofas and even a hammock!! Great place to work and chill out if needing great internet access

Room was not clean thoroughly; hair in toilet and floor. Electrical and water issues are rampant. FO do not provide login details upon check-in. They just in-hurry to rush you up to the room. 24/7 cafe has cut cost from my last stay. Staff not attentive to surrounding ...... zzzzz

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. The location is closed to everything, from the beautiful Chaweng beach to Central shopping centre. The room is brand new with spotless cleanliness. Most important of all are the crew, whom is beautiful and have good heart. They are always friendly and try their best to cater to customers' needs. Which is the reason why I kept extending my stay. We stayed here on our Honeymoon tour to review Koh Samui. We’ve rent auto with our friends and drived across all Samui. Hotel has a pool on the roof with a glass frontside wall. Typically the pool did not have a lot of people or was empty of them. It looks like your private pool to swim and relax:) Room is comfortable, but small and windows nonopenable. Every day the room was cleaned. We had vouchers for breakfast, which also can be replaced to other products. For sample, when we have traveled to Koh Tao for two days, we’ve got products by the vouchers for these days. The hotel looks modern, clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel for people, which do not sit in the room only.

Great spot! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked great. The pool area was nice, it doesn't get total sunshine which is perfect for spending a whole day out there without burns! Laundry is close to the pool, was never packed. Location is great. Close enough to restaurants, shops, the beach, etc. Free parking was a plus! Breakfast is just okay, more of a snack than a meal. The layout can be a bit confusing at first, but there's maps/signs everywhere to help guide you.

Our laundry is the vending machine, which offered a reasonable prices from 40 Baht for washing machine and 60 Baht for dryer machine. These will allow the traveler having a light arrival carrier to wash the clothes, where left more space to pack back their shopping list of local souvenirs and shopping items after the trip. For the location, we are the minimalism hotel, situated on the best-spot of entertainments such as bars, shopping mall, restaurants, and Chaweng Beach where we aimed to give the convenient for travellers to explore Samui just walking distance and spending their time on Chaweng Beach area. If you are looking for a hotel with world standarts, Cosi is great idea. We stayed 4 days. The bed was very comfortable! The whole room is very bright, clean and modern. The hotel has rooftop swimming pool opened till 10 pm, so you can enjoy the evening swim as well. :) There is also working area with a great wifi connection, area to play games and relax. They provide you vouchers which you can use for breakfast, as they offer special combo menus or anytime during the day, the total amount is 100 bath. The hotel is located right next to shopping area, so you have many shopping options, as well as amazing restaurants, all is walk distance! :) Stuff was very helpful and friendly. They also provide gopro during your stay, so we had opportunity to use it even in swimming pool. :) We also loved their 1+1 coctails offer. If we come back to Koh Samui, we will definitely stay in Cosi again.…

I would say this is a decent accommodation in the wrong place. I could imagine something like this working in a city, but it is very underwhelming in Samui. Don’t get me wrong, it is clean, decent location, nice staff, but the rooms feel sterile, it resembles more a Premier Inn than a beach hotel. The windows can’t open, there are no terraces, the common facilities are just ok, the roof pool is small and the layout of the complex is a bit like a maze. For this money or a bit more you can get way better locations next to the beach. Definitely would not recommend as a holiday stay, it did the job for me while waiting for my flight tho.

Thank you for your sincere review regarding the city hotel concept, it is true that the hotel is located in the prime city Chaweng hotel. I hope you may consider these room features as good as the Chaweng city hotel lifestyle, not the breach front resort style. COSI ideal is aimed to provide the convenient in the good location where near touristic attraction such as a beach, a local entertainment and the city shopping. For 150 rooms in the compound is counted as the big size hotel, which we remain to reserve the natural landscape by low-raise building along the hill curve, unfortunately, the hotel has into three building to save this earth care point. ชอบมากกกก ห้องสวย ใหม่ และสะอาดมาก ประทับใจตั้งแต่ลงจากรถ พนักงานดูแลดีมาก ให้ 10/10 สุภาพ น่ารักจริงๆ ไม่เคยเจอ รร ไหนที่พนักงานดีขนาดนี้เลย อาหารเช้าไม่สามารถรีวิวได้เพราะไม่ได้จองรวมไป แต่ทุกอย่างนอกนั้นสำหรับเราคือดีหมด ถ้ามีโอกาสกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน I really love this hotel. The room is clean, spacious and well decorated. All the staff I have met are really nice and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

6 night stay on Cosi samui. which was spacious and clean. Hotel is well kept of the staff are name "Earth" very welcoming and friendly . That’s a brief outline of this amazing hotel, it truly is a beautiful place and the staff cannot do enough for you ( 99% of them). Rooms are lovely, No full breakfast but nice for the rate room price. The location are great of to center, easy to shopping, to go the beach even to party at night time. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future.
