Hello, breakfast is free unless you want something spacial, as i remember, lunch and dinner i think that you spend about 30/35 dollars and for dinner is around 35/55 it depends of corse in what you eat and more what you drink. It can be a little expensive maibe, compared to an all inclusive but, the food is just superb and fresh , in an all inclusive more of the time you get frozen food. Plus, this plce is really magic, has something that you will never firget, dont ask me what it is because i really don t know this, and comes to say everything.
I hope i have been helpfull.

I suggest you arrange car rental before you even get to CR as it seems more expensive to do while in the country. Also, if you are married take a copy of your marriage certificate as they charge $5/day for your spouse if you cannot prove you are married, very odd. Food in the hotel is reasonable, ie on par with elsewhere in the country.

My wife and I stayed in Playa Azul and loved it. Don't know about airport pick up we rented a car, If you rent one get a four wheel drive if possible. Roads are decent but getting off the beaten path can be tricky. If fishing charters is what you are looking for then I suggest stopping in Tamarindo and go to the Wild Panda, They offer many types of trips for fishing horse back riding zip lines etc. Tamarindo is about an hour south of Liberia. Azul is about 45 minutes south of Tamarindo
