Really nice place with perfect breakfast and dinner,especially children menu and healthy friendly lunch just a few steps from pools. We had specious family room with balcony. Very friendly staff in restaurant and night bar,perfectly skilled chiefs in restaurant. Many pools inside/outside + atractions,all clean and in good condition. We were very suprised that reception staff has a horrible poor English and all drinks automats and driving range ball machine are for coins only-not accepted card or contact less payments. Over all its really great choice if you conpare qualitty/price👍

Very nice Hotel with thermes, Pools, Sauna and more. Food is based on Buffets, very high quality and excellent taste. Good vine. Best offers for families. Very interesting Green Fees for the Golf (54 holes)

I stayed here for a business meeting, but the facility was excellent and would be a great getaway for families and friends. It is a huge maze of a resort with something for everyone. I really enjoyed the adults-only Whisper pool in the evenings, and several in our group enjoyed the golf facilities. The Residence restaurant was very good, and I especially liked the variety of soups each day. There were a lot a facilities for children as well, and their own mascot (an otter) who appears in the family pools each day.

Technically a fine hotel, I was missing the personal touches of a really excellent hotel. I was told, before getting there, that the hotel wil try to charge you for any extras - and yes they tried to charge me for charging my electric vehicle. Maybe it's becoming a new trend (as hotels tried to charge for WiFi a couple of years ago), but the norm is complimentary charging. The hotel was my third choice to stay in the area. My favorites were fully booked. During these pandemic times, for me far too many people closely in the restaurant, with self service counters for food. Hundreds of people touched the same spoons and door handles, nobody cared for precautions...

On the first look, this looks like a great place. It's a nice location on the top of a hill but you only have views of the surrounding hotels. There are plenty of family friendly slides and rides. They have a restaurant but it closes at 4:30pm, and no chance to get drinks anywhere else. We paid extra to go to their sauna land (2200m2) but it wasn't all accessible to us because we were not hotel guests!! So there was no where for us to relax in peace and quiet (only for hotel guests), no water or tea to drink (only for hotel guests??). There was a great jacuzzi and the saunas that were working were fine but it would have been nice if at least one of the infra cabins was working. In summary, we felt disappointed to be shut out of half of the sauna world even though we paid a lot of money and we have been to better water parks with facilities that are open until they end of the day and don't cheat on their advertising.

Thanks for your review. Our thermal bath bistro for day guests is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. In addition to admission to the thermal bath, the sauna world can be booked separately. We ask for your understanding that the hotel's own wellness areas are not included. Here we can recommend our Day Spa - This includes the entire in the thermal bath (bath and sauna area, as well as the hotel's own wellness areas). Of course, numerous relaxation areas / rooms are available to our day guests. The infra cabins on the ground floor of the sauna world do not run constantly, but can be switched on by each guest themselves when needed. We would be very happy to see you again. Everything was excellent, really nice room with clima, nice places around hotel, excellent food choices (swedish tables), really good aquapark, quet areas, unbelieble fun for children :D Will take family there next time

Very nice staying in this hotel, we can only recommand it. Accomodation was the TOP, we had a family suite with two rooms, one of them was made for childrens, everything suitable for them. Food was excellent, very tastely, big choice of meal for dinner, lunch and breakfast, there is nothing to be wrong or to complaint about something. Wather world - Therme was great lot of fun for childrens and also suitable for adults. There was whole floor made as playing ground for childrens, wonderfull!!

I spent Christmas 2013 at the Reiters Allegria Hotel with my spouse and our toddler son and can only say wow! The food was excellent and the restaurant staff were also very polite . The Reiters Allegria has 3 restaurants and one can choose where one wants to eat. Activities for children of all ages are endless considering it was winter time and we had to use only the indoor play areas. Rooms; spacious and very clean. Good location and a large parking area.

I higly recommend this large complex for anyone that is looking for rest, water and golf... The food is good (buffet), and the service is nice. However, if you don t speak german, it can be somehow difficult to find your way as always written in german and not at all in english. Furthermore no other foreign language is spoken nor written there. So location not to chose for non speaking toursits.

365-degrees concept: Logic and ergonomic property, well-thought-through organisation processes, clean and bright. I can only marvel how the owner and operator of this hotel have united as one. Maybe they are the same? On top, very kind and personalised service by staff who seem to feel happy and appreciated. At this hotel, you will feel cared for, by all means.

Le piscine si raggiungono facilmente dalle camere ed i corridoi sono perfettamente riscaldati quindi nessun problema soprattutto per i bimbi. La pizzeria e la gelateria sono escluse , ad ogni modo i buffet disponibili sono di una qualità e varietà imparereggiabili.
