I had an amazing stay at Zuider Zee! I only spent one evening for a work function nearby but wish I stayed longer. Everything is kept incredibly neat, clean and cozy. Gavin was an excellent host and took the time to accommodate my difficult schedule with checking in. I felt very safe even though I was a solo traveller and I was surprised how close it was to the beach.

The cottage we stayed in was really cozy and had everything one need for a stay in Ballito (even a small kitchen). The ocean view from the little private deck was awesome. The pool is nice to have on a hot day although the ocean is just a stone throw away. We loved our stay in Ballito!

Never disappoints. Gavin always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable. The guest house is always neat and clean and has everything you will need for your stay. The guesthouse is perfectly situation with a beautiful view of the ocean and close to many shops and attractions. We are always happy to book at Zuider Zee and never leave disappointed.

We stayed two nights in one of the chalets. The buildings and facilities are no longer new, but well maintained. Very friendly and accommodating is Gavin, the host. So he offered us during our dinner at an out-of-town restaurant to pick us up. This was because it had begun to rain. Great!
