I was booked into this B&B by my university, when the conference hotel was full. What a find! The views are absolutely stunning - I saw both moonrises and sunrises over the ocean - and the breakfasts are delicious. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and host Sue bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Would love to go back there for pleasure, rather than business!

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed Sue's hospitality. Everything was great about our stay in this room with an amazing sea view which could keep one content for hours. The accomodation was really comfortable and Sue's breakfast was especially enjoyable. The fruit salad was way above standard with not an apple or orange to be seen. We enjoyed bbqing in her lovely garden in a relaxed setting. There is loads of information available and Sue is happy to advise with her knowledge of tbe area. The beaches in the area are fabulous and so many to visit. There are lots of eating places within driving distance. We would recommend staying here 100%. There is so much to expore in tbe area and Sue and family help to make it more enjoyable.

We were offered a warm welcome by Sue at 16, Summit Road where we enjoyed excellent breakfasts on the balcony while watching the dolphins below. The view is magnificent and the large patio door offered a cool breeze along with an excellent ceiling fan. The direction signs to the property were most helpful. There are interesting beaches in the area and several good eating places within a short drive. The airport is only 25 minutes away on an easy drive. This is an excellent stop-over on the way to the airport or for longer stays.

Sue and Dave still running this wonderful bnb. Sue is so accommodating and friendly, we have stayed three years running now and feel part of the family. I would highly recommend a stay here. The views from the balcony are stunning and often or not the Dolphins swim by and say hello.

Sue was an amazing host, looking after our well-being and coming up with great recommendations what to do with our little one (just under 1). Best of all was her basket of toys for junior to play with so we could enjoy some peace during breakfast.

Short weekend beach holiday for our daughters birthday. Excellent location, stunning views. Accommodation is good condition, if somewhat dated. Comfortable beds, good shower in one room. Other bathroom had jacuzzi with shower, did not try to use jacuzzi due to water saving efforts. Other amenities very good. Swimming pool clean, garden area maintained well in contrast to neighboring house which seemed rather derelict. Nearby beaches fantastic with rock pools and very limited rubbish content or litter.

Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The view from the veranda is such that you feel as if you are right on the sea, and you can even see the sea from the bedroom if the weather is bad. Sue always goes out of her way for her guests. The breakfasts are the best with a large serving of delicious fruit and fresh eggs from her own hens. Also, Sue can make soft poached eggs which few can do. As a couple we take the B&B room but there are also self-catering options.

Bed and Breakfast by the Sea is a delightful B&B only 20 minutes from the airport. Sue's warm and gracious hospitality permeates the place. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and Sue's hearty and delicious breakfast on the veranda looking down at the whales in the ocean below was a great start to the day.

we spent 2 nights in the "Queen's room". The room is big enough for 4, the bathroom has a shower and a bath. The beds are very confortable. The room was clean and there is a balcony with a stunning view on the see. The breakfast is served on the balcony. It's delicious, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs...what ever you want ! Sue is adorable, very friendly and very interesting person. She made everything to make you confortable. we spent a great time there ! Highly recommanded !!!
