I was booked into this B&B by my university, when the conference hotel was full. What a find! The views are absolutely stunning - I saw both moonrises and sunrises over the ocean - and the breakfasts are delicious. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and host Sue bent over backwards to meet all my needs. Would love to go back there for pleasure, rather than business!

We had a wonderful experience of Sue’s bed and breakfast by the sea. Sue was a great host - so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on the balcony was great with an amazing view of the ocean. We saw whales and dolphins as well as mongoose in the garden. Our daughter had her own space and there was fresh milk for tea and coffee. Lots to do in the area which Sue was great at helping us navigate. Thanks so much Sue!!

We stayed at 'Blue Waters' flat, a very nice and comfortable two bedroom apartment with large patio that has amazing ocean view. The apartment was very clean, serviced daily and had fully equipped kitchen. There are a few nice beaches and restaurants in the area. Sue, the owner, is a remarkable person, took very good care of us. We will definitely visit this place again.

Short weekend beach holiday for our daughters birthday. Excellent location, stunning views. Accommodation is good condition, if somewhat dated. Comfortable beds, good shower in one room. Other bathroom had jacuzzi with shower, did not try to use jacuzzi due to water saving efforts. Other amenities very good. Swimming pool clean, garden area maintained well in contrast to neighboring house which seemed rather derelict. Nearby beaches fantastic with rock pools and very limited rubbish content or litter.

we spent 2 nights in the "Queen's room". The room is big enough for 4, the bathroom has a shower and a bath. The beds are very confortable.
The room was clean and there is a balcony with a stunning view on the see.
The breakfast is served on the balcony. It's delicious, with fresh fruit, juice, eggs...what ever you want !
Sue is adorable, very friendly and very interesting person. She made everything to make you confortable.
we spent a great time there !
Highly recommanded !!!

I last visited Sue and Dave Carlton at B&B by the sea two years ago.
Nothing has changed.
In fact it's better than ever.
Wonderful views of the Indian Ocean, and still lots of Dolphins swimming by.
Sue is so hospitable and what Dave doesn't know about the area isn't worth knowing.
I highly recommend this place , I shall be returning soon.

Staying at Sue's place is like coming home in South Africa. Friendly, treats you like she knows you forever but still gives you all the privacy you need. She introcuded herself and we could shout when we needed her. Breakfast is a party. name it and you get it. Breathtaking view from our Balcony, braai facility, clean room and ofcourse not to forget our permanent guard, Toby the cat. He is such a darling. at least if you love cats ofcourse. but anyway, people if you want a nice quiet place in a safe environment, go to Sue's place !

What a lovely place to stay, great apartment with stunning views of the beach and ocean. We saw six pods of Dolphins in one day.
Sue the owner was charming and couldn't do enough for us. Her husband Captain Dave, told us where to find Leopards when we went on Safari. We are defiantly going to return. A very memorable holiday. Five star.

Sue's is a 2 star B&B and it delivers very well on that promise. We stayed in the apartment with exceptional views of the ocean. The apartment was clean and well provided and with two bedrooms is good for four but a push for five. There is a new Spa supermarket nearby that is excellent. The beaches are good and there are a couple of ok restaurants nearby. Litchis Farm is well worth a visit for breakfast and cakes.

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed Sue's hospitality. Everything was great about our stay in this room with an amazing sea view which could keep one content for hours. The accomodation was really comfortable and Sue's breakfast was especially enjoyable. The fruit salad was way above standard with not an apple or orange to be seen.
We enjoyed bbqing in her lovely garden in a relaxed setting.
There is loads of information available and Sue is happy to advise with her knowledge of tbe area.
The beaches in the area are fabulous and so many to visit. There are lots of eating places within driving distance. We would recommend staying here 100%. There is so much to expore in tbe area and Sue and family help to make it more enjoyable.
