Thank you for your email. We are beyond grateful you chose Club Med to go on holiday, and absolutely loved the place. We hope to see you soon again.
We travel to Mauritius at Christmas for the sun / light. From that perspective the trip this year did not disappoint: 30 degrees warm everyday, sun all week but for one day with some rain, the pool warm (nearing 30?) and the sea delightful.

The west coast of Mauritius is a unique setting, between majestic mountains and a shore that's washed by crystal waters and protected by a coral reef. These natural surroundings are home to Albion, our new Club …MoreMed Village devoted to Epicurean delights. The 21-hectare park is planted with rare trees, and opens onto a bay lined by a white sand beach. Lovers will adore the generous spaces and the sunsets, as well as the chance to try all the sports and keep fit to their heart's content. Less

However, wine with dinner was a different story. The red, white and rose that was offered for free was not great. In order to get a decent bottle of red for dinner, we had to pay a minimum of £40.00 per bottle. I really wish they would address this problem as everything else on the holiday was superb.
We found the Dodo supermarket over the bridge from the beach (minutes away) and bought some very decent and cheap bottles from there.
