La Quinta spread exudes peace and calm. Perfectly communicated, just three kilometers from the highway, is located in the small town of Villanueva, two kilometers from the city council: Colombres. The region offers interesting cultural incentives, sports and leisure. The building is included within the Route Indiana, tour of the most prominent buildings of those who left and returned with a fortune of making "the Americas”.His nineteen rooms and common rooms, antique furniture and colonial look combined with modern tapestries, and all the details necessary today to ensure maximum comfort. The careful renovation of La Quinta, true to its original spirit, it was not an excuse for not providing it with essential amenities such as free wifi throughout the building, elevator or wheelchair access. We stop the time, but looking to the future. Stunning views from all rooms, spacious, some with spacious corridors (rooms with lounge), some with terraces, all of which flooded the silence, peace and light of the Bajo Deva: infinite paradise.Built with stalls, balconies, stone and wooden balconies, and large garden, overlooking the Dark Valley, La Quinta stands with Indian pride on the latest wave of the Picos de Europa before reaching the sea. A charming hotel in Asturias, which belongs to Club Mansions Quality Asturian that retains the splendor of his time in his goal of mahogany, the magnificent staircase and frescoed ceilings. And that comes from ancient covenant with the good taste that highlights the elegance of the house. The personalized and family remains paramount to reach the customer feel at home.It has facilities for events such as weddings, business meetings and seminars.

Having been spoken as if we were second class citizens and on mentioning that we have paid for two beds in the room and not a double bed, lead the very rude receptionist and her Manageress to invited us to leave the premises. Their inmense disrespect went as far as on arrival to asked us if we have parked between two lines rather that greeting us with a welcome or good afternoon. They have no idea the room has been charged 5 months in advance and neither have they registered my companion's ID card. Facilities at their restaurant are non existent. On arrival at the restaurant the following morning, there were about 9 people waiting for some bread and coffee to come out of the kitchen. Maids at the hotel are serving breakfast as well as cleaning rooms making the lack of Management's training much more than obvious. Without a doubt, rudeness and treating guests as second class citizens is their speciality. For £234.00 per two nights, one can find a much better accommodation in the area and without a doubt, places where guests are spoken in a polite and friendly manner. I do travel a lot and until we arrived to Quinta de Villanueva, I have never experienced such bad manners , lack of security and a Manageress focusing on how much percent they have to pay to a travel company rather than receiving an apology for their lack of respect and rude approach. Not in a million years I could ever return to such an appalling hotel.

A very special place in a charming little village on the northern coast of Spain. The house is full of old-world charm but with all the modern confort. Home made products at breakfast and an amazing staff, we could not ask for more!

We recently had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful place and enjoyed it tremendously. The rooms are lovely and clean and the place is kept with care and very kind hospitality. I can absolutely recommend the breakfast, where everything is homemade. Make sure to book early, as it is usually pretty popular. The host Paula really cares about you as a guest and it is very kind.

We stayed 8 nights and had probably the best room in the house at the top floor overlooking the surroundings and mountains. The room was spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, fresh bread, Spanish ham, homemade pastries and a wonderful Quesada. The breakfast room is overlooking the well-kept garden, where you can also relax and have a glass of wine. When we had problems with booking a daytour, Paola (?) helped immediately and we also got recommendations for dinner. As this is a beautiful old house with stucco ceiling and wooden floors, you could hear neighbours talking or woke up when someone came home in the early hours. However, we had a wonderful stay and would come back!
