Had the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel, due to the location and the windy weather combined with the trickle vents in the windows the noise was unreal and as soon as I fell asleep I was awake. No heating in the bathroom meant it was chilly before turning the shower on.
Stayed in the hotel as was convenient drive to Leeds United. Comfortable room and attached restaurant offered good choice of food. Parking available on site and friendly team and bar staff. Would definitely recommend.
I've just read the other latest reviews and they confirm my view that the staff at this hotel are really first class people. They are all friendly and helpful. Sometimes at hotels you feel as if they are being polite because they have to but not here. All that I encountered…
Well-situated just outside Leeds and close to the motorway network. Some rooms even boast a view of the Victorian factory chimney! Reception and restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful. Otherwise as clean and efficient as you would expect from a Premier Inn.
Many thanks to Sarah on the front desk for making me feel welcome and the help during my stay. The early morning room swaps were definitely helpful! I do recommend this hotel.... the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.
"Choose Higher Rooms Numbers - corridors have squeaky floors"
"I used an accessible room."
"Ask for a room in the new extension upstairs"
"No lifts in this hotel, but plenty of ground floor rooms. I've stayed here several times and all rooms seem to be equally as good."
"1st floor rooms can be a little noisy, due to "floating" corridor, ask for a room away from stairs, towards back of hotel"
