Very friendly owners. Stayed several nights in this establishment. Beautiful rooms but don't choose rooms by the road, I they have beautiful views but if you are light sleeper like myself, the passing vehicles makes it impossible to sleep and the street lights. Inner rooms are the best and my favourite. No light pollution, no noise pollution. I will stop over anytime I'm visiting the Agulhas area. I love the environment and setting. The guesthouse is close to shops, banks and service station. You will not miss the place and the phone is answered all the time unlike other guesthouses. Well done for making this establishment a guest friendly environment. Love the owners.
I stayed here for one night and enjoyed the easy access and full board option. The rooms are bright and cheerful with all the items you can expect from a good budget guest house. I stayed upstairs and the bed was excellent. The bathroom only had a shower but that suited me well. Rooms do not have fridge or air-conditioning, but there is DSTV
On 31-Dec-2013, some of the Jubilee Riders (see www.jubileeride2013.org or https://www.facebook.com/JubileeRideKenya) made a stop over at Bredasdorp (it was late, and couldn't reach Cape Town by mid night as intended). We were warmly welcomed at Palma Christi guest house. Most other guest houses were either full, or were hesitant to welcome dusty dirty tired Kenyan Bikers. Palma Christi was so clean and homely, everything was tidy, with so many ornaments and warm decorative paintings everywhere, and the proprietors greeted us with warm smiles (despite the late hour). The warm shower and cozy bed was "to die for". My wife and i remember this awesome guest house fondly, and how Andre offered me a pair of clean socks... May God bless the work of Andre & Marie. mburu@carmed.co.ke and wachera@tembea.co.ke…
