Very near the airport. A friendly, English speaking welcome and plenty of help with my luggage and no one looking for tips. Spacious room. Enormous TV, but only two English language stations. No bathtub but a great shower. The bathroom would benefit from a vanity mirror. There is a mesh blind but it really needs black out blinds. Nice big comfortable bed. Thank goodness I had a free day because I slept for twelve hours! The pool was sufficient but it only had three loungers. Right next to a shopping mall with Supermarket, cinema, shops and restaurants.

A new hotel changing the standard of the industry in Piura. Great rooms, with comfortable beds, A/C new equipment (important in this hot city), and a very kind staff. Breakfast and food are very good. I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. It’s equivalent to a 5-star for a small province like Piura. Beside is located a small shopping center (called Plaza de la Luna) with some services like cinemas, fast food, banks, among others.

I stayed by the hotel after a flight cancelation and I cannot wait to stay there next time I'll go to Piura. The staff is friendly. The facilites are top of the line. I'm happy to see that a quality hotel actually opened in Piura.

Hello everyone, we live in Piura and we recently moved and obviously the house was full of boxes, so my wife and I decided to look for a hotel to relax after the move and the Holiday Inn was an option. We made the effort for 3 nights and it was worth it. Very good sleep quality, good wifi, no Netflix, Direct TV, just the right amenities, there is an iron and ironing board, safe, empty minibar, desk and chair, good towels, good shower and bathroom, good air conditioning, curtains black out, everything ok. The breakfast buffet is quite good and is included. There is no room service. The pool is very nice, there are towels there. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is free parking in the basement of the Plaza del Sol mall. The price-quality ratio could be a little better, but it is acceptable. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and a small shopping center right next door. You can take a taxi to the large Plaza Real shopping center for 5 soles. We would be happy to come back. The hotel also has a small pool for a quick cool down.
