Detailed Reviews
Cleanliness can be improved in rooms as it seems the female workers had too many rooms to clean and did a sloppy job...no vacuuming of floors, were still full of dust and hairs.Yuk.Mirrors weren’t cleaned and refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned either. It’s obvious that if they want want to be a 4star facility , then they must hire more cleaners to do the rooms. Also, no 4 star amenities, & Covid excuse to cut costs everywhere, not just this hotel.
A special shoutout to Marzouk the cook who was there working day and night non stop to feed us great food, very curteous and friendly.

Just home back to England and had to review this hotel.
We stayed this past week and for the money we paid it was an absolute gem. Definitely a 4 star hotel., nothing too much trouble for Ana or Carmen. Thanks again, you chicas and your staff are fantastic .
Everything we needed to do was accommodated to and again, muchos gracias chicas.. You both made our stay easier!!
The breakfast buffet was amazing(I'm a breakfast person) and we paid for our Spanish family to eat with us on two occasions and they were also impressed by the authentic buffet food prepared by a great chef.
The restaurant staff were just lovely, Santi, Jose, Noella amongst the others work so hard and again, nothing too much trouble and knowledgeable on allergies/ ingredients when we asked for my nephew. 😊
Entertainment..Nacho was awesome.. We had such a giggle and he made sure we could see the AJ fight.! Quizzes, Aquagym, pilates and just generally a great guy and the bar staff we absolutely fell in love with..
Marina, July and Braian, I do hope to see you guys again, you guys rock. 😍.
Long review but I am so glad we found this little gem and can't wait to return.
Well done guys. Take care and see you next year. ❤️

First of all: the breakfast and the lunch was excellent, all of us find something to eat, there was big choice. The kitchen team worked very hard, they was friendly. The room was good for us, but the daily cleaning team were perfunctory, but it not caused big problem for us. The girls in the bar were friendly but they didn't speak English or they had poor English. The receptionists were friendly, but not 100% helpful. We paid for the breakfast in advance, two times we left the hotel eatlier than the breakfast time, I asked a receptionist girl to organize us take away breakfast, which would contain ham and cheese.... There was not possible. We got a table with sweet cakes and no any drink just coffee. Our second disappointment: we would like to go to Valencia by train. Our first idea was that we go from Castello. The receptionies dehorn us, they suggest that we take taxi and go from train station of Benicasim. I ask them to order us a taxi or taxis, because we were 5 person. In the morning only one taxi arrived with delay. And the guy would pick up only 4 person. Than we go to the bus station and we went to Castellon Train staion. We waste more thane one our and price of the prepaid train ticket.
Everywhere we go there are broshures at the reception, here there was nothing. The sea is close to the Hotel, but it would be good if the Hotel would have sunbed camp chairs to the guests. Finally it was more than good than bad, but it was the first and last holiday here.

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for the time you took publishing your comment on Tripadvisor as knwoing our guests opinion helps us to imporve our service. We are really sorry to read you felt disappointed by a few aspects of the hotel during your stay. With reference to the early breakfast, we would like to clarify that guests may have to leave the hotel very early and although the full breakfast service commences at 08.00am, for anyone departing prior to this hour, the hotel provides a basic cold breakfast. We appreciate that the cold breakfast is very limited in comparison to our full breakfast selection and for health and safety reasons we are not permitted to offer the use of a toaster when restaurant staff are not present nor provide unrefrigerated milk/fruit juices. Once again, we appreciate your feedback which will be shared with the department involved to reinforce the aspects you mention and avoid future occurrence. Thank you once again for your comments. We do hope we can recover your trust in us and welcome you back. Kind regards, Customer Service Department. Hotel Servigroup Trinimar.

We have spent 8 days in hotel, and it is a highly recommended experience. The hotel is located on the promenade, so you only need to cross the street to be on the beach. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, especially the buffet waiters and the attendant, as well as the entertainers (especially Pepe). The rooms are fine, with a fairly large shower and very comfortable beds with mattresses and pillows, so we have rested a lot.
The buffet food is excellent, very varied with griddle with meats and fish to taste every day, being able to put as the only catch that breakfast changes very little from day to day, and can be a little repetitive. Certain details should be noted, such as good internet connection throughout the hotel, or taps in the pool to remove sand from the beach. Some points that can be improved are:
-> Pool a little small for the number of guests.
-> In peak hours could use one more elevator.
-> Animation is fine, but some adult activities take place in a place located in the parking lot, which makes participation low.
In conclusion, an excellent hotel, with good facilities and furniture, as well as close treatment by the workers. We'll repeat.

A week in the Trinimar in mid-September that has been excellent. The rooms are cozy with good beds for a peaceful sleep. Very good location, with direct access from the hotel to the beach through the pool and the bar. The correct pool with many sun loungers and parasols. The food was very good and varied, different dishes every day with options for celiacs and people allergic to gluten (on request.) The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleaning service both inside (rooms and common rooms) as well as outside (pool and its surroundings) of 10. On the days I was there there were no problems with parking on the street near the hotel
In summary, it is highly recommended to spend a few days in this establishment.
To come back.

Couple of friends, rooms with balcony on the top floor, as per request and last check-aut at 18 (50€). Comfortable beds, TV without Italian channels, bathroom with large shower, but without bidet. Welcome gadgets (2 thermal bags) and water in the fridge.
Free safe and beach towels with fair deposit (10€).
Formula FB with honest drink prices. White, rosé or red house wine at 0.75l at 10.90€. Varied and good quality buffet. The only relief is the first ones that tend to cook and warm more than very hot.
Friendly and helpful staff in all services.

Trinimar is a simple and correct hotel. If you are looking for a quiet and well-located stay in Benicasim to enjoy this area, this is the right hotel, as it also has direct access to the promenade.
But if something prevails above all, it is the great professional and human team that makes it up.
The friendliness, treatment and efficiency of the hotel's service, whether at reception, in the cafeteria, or in the restaurant, is perceived from the moment you arrive.
But also, and in our case, we experienced a difficult episode and a great scare with our son, who luckily remained that way, I can't feel anything but grateful for how supported we felt by the hotel staff at all times. Many thanks for everything

It is the third year that we go to the Trinimar hotel and without a doubt we will repeat. I can't say anything negative, everything is perfect. I recommend the “double front” rooms with sea views and where it is wonderful to see sunset and sunrise from the room. They all have a terrace with table and chairs and a small clothesline to dry clothes.

A hotel to spend a great vacation. From reception, bar, dining room, public relations, housekeepers.....without any type of problem. It doesn't matter if the rooms are more or less modern, the important thing is that you can rest. Everything is great, don't you believe it? Try it and tell us.

My congratulations to the hotel staff everyone. You can hear everything, the walls are unbearable, TV, a hairdryer, the neighbor's conversation. And to make matters worse, they start cleaning soon, a quarter to 9, a horrible car sounds, which wakes you up, it's the cleaning lady, and she knocks on the door to clean, if and if you don't put the "do not disturb" button, she opens it and catches you in. nightdress, it happened to me, get ready, I'm going to end your sleep, beds that move, mop what the hell
And it shakes against the corners. ,, and the other issue is the basic and repetitive food, I'm not saying it's bad, but they already have it, and with a lot of fat and fried food. I insist the staff and the boss give Jose a 10, but it does not correspond to a four-star hotel, which is what I paid. I don't recommend it for that reason, I already told the director. Thank you

Parking in the streets is for free, it might be difficult to find a spot though.
Take a bus from airport to city centre and there you can take a train to Benicasim or Oropesa del mar and there you take a taxi.
2.5 km (foot walking )32 minutes, by car it's 3.9 km (one way roads) and 7 minutes
