Good stay, we spent a few pleasant days in a great room, with good cleaning service. The food is good, but not very varied.
The hotel is a bit old, and I think it will be restored next year.

Stayed here after a night of camping at the FIB festival which made me very ill, stumbled on it after literally a two minute walk from the beach, enquired about rooms and 5 minutes later had one for 4 nights! The staff were lovely, really helpful, always booking taxis for us and even going as far as to translate medicine instructions from Spanish to English!! The rooms, though basic, served their purpose with TVs, air con that was really good and a shower with towels and such provided, really good for how much we paid in the end! There's a pool opposite the hotel which is great as well as a spa thing for 5 euros but we didn't visit that! As stated a literal 2 minute walk to the beach and supermarket (cheap booze for FIB!) and 5 to some lovely restaurants.

Really good stay, great staff, ideal location and cheap! Perfect!

A great midle class hotel a short distance from the sea. Simple but nice rooms, a large garden with swimmingpool and minigolf. Also a warm salt water pool, sauna and jacuzzi nearby the hotel. The best coffe in the world can you find in the bar.

Well… unless you like well ventilated rooms, I’d avoid this hotel… it’s torn down! We are staying at the adjacent Hotel Bonaire and our balcony overlooks the site where the Hotel Azor used to be. For proof, see my photos. We consider booking this hotel but opted for another in the chain. There are , were, three Intur hotels on the road. When walked out on the balcony, we say a building partially knocked down. It was great as our room now has a sea view!!!

We went because of its proximity to the beach, the pool, etc...
But the pool was not cleaned, full of insects and branches
The food is acceptable, but the variety is minimal
The room is not bad, but you can hear absolutely everything, the bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are very thin
The staff was super friendly and polite
Cleaning was very good
This hotel needs an update

Great food, great quality, top staff. The only downside is that the two pool lifeguards didn't care, they were on their cell phones and weren't looking at the pool at all. It was very windy and the pool got dirty from the pine trees and the lifeguards didn't bother to pass the butterfly cleaner, they just kept an eye on their cell phone and didn't pay any attention to the bathers. A shame for a great hotel and that they hire people who are not prepared to run a pool. Otherwise all great

Hotel well located although far from the train station, swimming pool not in the same area. Rich and varied breakfast buffet, only that the toilet in the room had a bit of a sewage smell.
Very quiet and attentive and friendly staff

We stayed here in 2013 for the festival. We got the transport bus to the festival then got another bus to the hotel, but of a walk to get the wrist band so we thought it was going to be that awful walk each day. But turned out to be a lot shorter once we got there. Hotel is literally 2 minutes from the Bach and a local shop that sold very cheap alcohol. The rooms and the hotel were loverly, nothing flash but way better than a tent. Staff were helpful with taxis for going further out, and exchanging money. The pool is over the road from the hotel, we were a bit disappointed with that, it's very covered by trees and no lilos or inflatables are allowed in the pool. Over all nice place and great for the FIB festival.

The price was higher than expected for a 3* hotel, but the service and facilities were higher than expected too.
Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Air conditioning was a great addition in the summer boiling heat.
Friendly service, convenient location (that is, if you like super touristic places). Relatively easy parking.
Food wasn't great though - we ended up eating lots of fish from the grill and fruit (hardly no vegetables, salad bar not that appetizing. Breakfast was the same). And went out for more typical, special dinners.
(timing was also an issue for busy professionals aiming to sleep late in the morning when on hols: breakfast only from 8-10am. We had to put on the alarm clocks.
Fitness and spa access is not free - be warned.

The real disappointment though was the beach. Blur, dirty water on over 50 m from the shore onwards.

We gratefully took advantage of the rent car to go and visit a smaller beach in Oropesa del Mar; real Mediterranean beach, rocky but didn't mind with the reef shoes, and finally, clear, clean waters. And no tourists :o)

From start to finish my stay at this hotel was a pleasure. The friendly welcome and helpfulness of the reception couldn't have been better on arrival and throughout. The restaurant had a very good selection of foods at both breakfast and lunch, the rooms clean, well equipped and serviced. The pools etc. were clean plenty of sun loungers etc provided.
