Detailed Reviews
We booked this hotel for 7 days partly to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed an upgrade to suite which was great.
we booked through Expedia and advised that this was the last room for our week. Reception very good and we needed it as twice our room door lock failed but attended to promptly.
Although advised that it appeared the hotel was full on our first night dinner there were about 10 persons.
however, the following morning we found that the was a huge host of young Canadian footballers and their coaches, family etc staying which we did not expect staying in a 4-star hotel and their manners were not good.
Moving on to the restaurant which on your web site ‘offering an à la carte service’ which it clearly does not and the food although previous guests have said was good for us it was bland and with no imagination, spaghetti/pizza/lasagna/ chicken dippers are not what we expect from this type of establishment, perhaps it was because of the footballers. More importantly when there was some sort of party one night we sat and watched superb tapas going past us to the party so if this type of food is available why not for everybody.? Please remember we were paying some €54 for dinner each night and never got our monies worth.
Again, from the web site ‘you can find a café, giving you the perfect excuse to grab a moment for a coffee, a soft drink or a snack’ – this was a very poorly attended BAR not a café and from what appeared to be a small staffing situation, if you wanted a drink or coffee quite often no one about????
Ther pool – no shallow end!!!!!???? The depths are marked but need redoing show a minimum depth 1.8m, this is not good for poor swimmers. In fact, my wife was surprised when I told her this so decided to enter the small pool via the steps which she slipped on badly and has bad bruises for the trouble. This area should have a handrail as in all the other hotels we have visited. This was reported to reception, but they did not seem to want to know.
If we had known that the hotel was going to full of teenagers, we would have gone elsewhere
One final point, if you make pool rules then they should be adhered to but these were
Continually broken.
the facilities mentioned on Expedia and Booking.com are incorrect.

We spend a few days here and we really appreciated the peace and quiet. The trees around the pool makes the place to look cozy and provide a very good shadow during the day. The sandy beach is close and there is a big supermarket on the other side of the hotel.
The food , (we had full board), is good. The display a bit narrow but is sufficient. Unfortunately they renovated the kitchen when we were there and we had to have one lunch and one dinner at Azur hotel which we didn’t like it very much. The seating in Azur resembles a canteen and the food although similar didn’t taste the same.
The room was big with a nice terrace and AC was the silent type. The room could use some upgrades but is still serviceable.
I was able to relax here and enjoy the weather so it was a good experience.
There were kids in the hotel but not many. I think the Orange one is better in this regard. They ( Orange hotel) have some kids activities planned.

The hotel is in a quiet area just a few meters from the beach.
The hotel staff is very nice.
Renovated room, new furniture, negative, that needed painting, bathroom very good, as a suggestion, I would put a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom, so that women can put on their makeup. The comfort of the bed is very good.

Great quality of food and variety in this hotel's restaurant. We went for dinner paying 22 euros per person for the buffet, taking advantage of the fact that my parents had stayed here and it was a real success.
It was no longer the variety of food in itself but rather the attention of the chef, asking at all times how the food was in case it was necessary to finish a dish. Some of the things that were on the buffet were hamburgers, pizza, chicken curry, potato omelette, tuna with ratatouille or tuna empanada, among others.
If something stands out about this hotel it is the cleanliness and the free parking they have for clients.
Surely the rooms will continue in the same vein, and I haven't seen them...
I recommend it.

The Hotel Intur Bonaire has a very good location, close to the sea and work when traveling on business. It is the ideal place to breathe after an intense day and wake up to a radiant sun over the Mediterranean. ideal to complete the stay with a little sport and enjoy...

Cozy hotel, good location and correct service
Old rooms, restaurant needs organization (staffing and replenishment). Rooms facing the pool are recommended (the ones facing the waste dump...it's better not to look out).

The service received was correct at all times. Kindness above all.
The room was neither very big nor very small, but it had everything, a closet with a mirror, two large beds, a terrace balcony, with a small table and two chairs, (the balcony with side walls to have more privacy compared to the rooms. contiguous.
The bathroom with a large shower.
The location is very close to the beach, about 100 or 150 meters.
Very complete buffet breakfast.
We were there for a weekend, and it felt very short.
We hope to return with more time.

Only 2 min from the Beach and with a own Pool. The building is a little older, but ok. Breakfast was ok, but it should be better for a 4 star Hotel. The Gym is in another Hotel, we were a bit disappointed that we had to pay an entrance - this should be included for hotel guests. Overall we had a nice stay, but we expected a bit more from a 4star Hotel.

Perfect hotel to rest, clean and well located, food not much variety but delicious. Nice workers, large rooms with terrace, and a beautiful environment with so much vegetation, to say the least, early noise from the gardener and cleaners. I will return

It is the fourth year that we return to the Intur Bonaire, thinking about Benicàssim is thinking about this hotel. Both my husband, my daughter and I were captivated by the warmth of home that Intur Bonaire gives off, not only because of its decoration but also because of the staff that forms it. From the moment I make the reservation I already feel that I will have my true vacation there, it is like being at home but with the comforts of the hotel and enjoying all the beauty around.

Hi, yes there is free hairdryer in the room. Regards,
Sorry, no real idea, I was there to play golf, so was out all day on the course, BUT most hotel pools, if not all, do have the sunshine all day and tend to be south facing, so I would think yes, it does have the sun all day.
Yes as far as I am aware you can use the facilities of the 3 Intur hotels which are in the same road
