We took this hotel because we had 2 wonderbox boxes and it was one of the few beach hotels that took us both boxes. We had already been on another occasion and it seemed like a good option. We would have liked a triple room since we were going with my son but there wasn't one. For a 4-star hotel, breakfast needs more variety, many things are missing. It's very basic. As for the buffet, I can't comment since we had lunch and dinner outside the hotel. A few years ago we took full board, we did like it but I don't know today how it will continue. The pool still has bad grass like when we came a few years ago. The rooms already have a shower, which is very appreciated, but they should have closed the screens since all the water comes out. They should look to see if the towels are torn or have any stains and change them. The curtain that goes out to the terrace may change if it has holes. For a renovated hotel, there are still things to improve since it is a 4 star. In general, going to sleep was good, although they need to improve the comfort of the beds.

Hotel near the beach, an impressive hall and very clean and well kept gardens and pools, not very large rooms but renovated large and fast elevators
Spectacular gym and spa I didn't like anything not worth much is a narrow and long pool a sauna and a jacuzzi that fits 4 or 6 people maximum that having no control in time people come in and spend the hours in and others who give us this was my experience. Breakfast was the only thing I did in the hotel and sincerely fatal little variety coffee and juices very bad otherwise if I would come back but would not make any food in the hotel and spa nor touch it.

We'll repeat for sure. We went in early August and had a great time.

The rooms, although it is true that they have shortcomings like the comfort of the beds, are practical and with impeccable room service.

Regarding the hotel buffet, we consider it regular, especially at meals (although it varies by day).
Regarding the location of the hotel in Benicassim, the hotel is located very conveniently very close to the beach.

In addition, it is also close to the bus stop to reach the village of Benicassim.
Speaking of the pool, it was spacious and with separate pool for children.

In part of the pool there are animation activities such as water polo or water basket that are very fun for all ages.

In addition, they also carry out after-dinner activities such as the white party where they encourage guests to participate a lot.

In addition to this theme, I would also like to emphasize the impeccable work of the animation team, especially the work of animators Julian, Mary and Sea.

Finally, as a daily user of the hotel gym, I have to say that we have found it considerably expensive, especially since the cost per session was 9 euros.

It is true that this gym is well equipped for weight training although it is limited to 22 kg dumbbells and, on a more personal note, we almost had an accident with the multipower machine as the machineā€™s locks were not properly adjusted. We were notified the day after that it was already fixed.

In short, it is a highly recommended hotel for summer in Benicassim. The facilities are well ventilated. The staff is very friendly and the animation team is the best I have ever seen. The only points to improve are the buffet and the gym.

Hello, I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars. To begin with, when you call the hotel there is no way for the reception to pick up the phone if you call from outside the hotel. I was on my way and 20 minutes later I was calling to see if I could first leave the car in the parking lot and then check in but nothing at all.

When I arrive, what is my surprise that there is a queue not even the unemployment line for check-in and only two people. It cannot be that there are only two people, without air conditioning in the common areas or if there was it it was not noticeable, since from the moment I arrived until it was my turn I had to wait more than 40 minutes.

Then surprise for a hotel of that size, only two elevators, another wait.

In the room the surprises continued, the walls were dirty, the crib couldn't be more damaged, the hairdryer cable was in terrible condition, it was impossible to put the phone charger in the socket at the head of the bed, you put it in and plaff would fall out, it was broken, roof in poor condition,

Yes, I have to say that the bathroom is good, except for the shower, which if you want to fall and kill yourself, go in, very cool but slippery which is not written, in fact I fell and hurt my back.

The buffet is not worth 22.50 and without drinks because the food is average, I have been to other hotels with buffets that are cheaper and much better. Don't you eat dinner in peace since every bite you take they are asking you, should I take this dish? It's their job but they're overwhelming. In the showcooking chicken breast and whiting.

In many common areas water fell from the ceiling and you don't even know where it falls from. When you enter the pool bar I noticed a strange smell, I couldn't say, but like rancid/humidity.

Since we arrived at lunchtime and were tired, we wanted to eat something quickly and rest because in the bar there were only three types of mixed sandwich, York ham and Serrano ham, well, they didn't have Serrano ham, what kind of forecast is that? It can't be that on August 1st at 2:30 p.m. they don't have Serrano ham, although it doesn't surprise me since there wasn't any at the breakfast buffet either.

I saw the comments that they were fixing the elevator, but does it take so many days to fix things?

It is my experience and I do not recommend it at all, I would not give it 3 stars.

I want to thank the entire team at the Orange hotel for such a pleasant stay.
Starting with InƩs at reception for making the requests we made possible (the best room for our needs, thank you InƩs)
From the dining room staff who are super attentive and friendly, the buffet food is very good (always overflowing and impeccable)
Animation staff, very good job, guys and other blackstage staff, without all of them this vacation would not have been so good..
To put a downside, the excessive but understandable price of the drinks.
Thanks for everything and until next time

Room 479.Dismal experience, lack of empathy and professionalism on the part of the reception staff.
We are assigned a room located above some engines that generate a lot of noise and smells of trash that prevent rest and well-being during our stay. When informing the front desk staff of our dissatisfaction, we are initially told that there is no availability and after insisting on the only solution they give us is to change to another room of the same category, paying a supplement of 25ā‚¬ per night, which is unacceptable and shameful, you cannot require a client to pay more for the same service. Neither those rooms nor the repetitive and ill-made meals correspond to a four-star hotel.A very nice hall but some interior courtyards in the view of the client of shame.

I have been with my partner and two dogs, the bed is small in the room I had in the others, I don't know, the pets don't have a bed or a food bowl and they charge ā‚¬16 for each one, they told me that they are looking at To fix this, they also sneak through the balcony from one room to another so you can't leave them alone on the balcony for even a moment.
The food is in my opinion very good and the dining room staff is friendly, they restock until the last minute, they have grilled meat and fish and for breakfast eggs and bacon etc.
Drinks are paid for at lunch and dinner.
As in all hotels there are not enough sunbeds, the pool is large.
There is entertainment for children and some for adults but not much.
Regular reception, quick check-in but very slow problem resolution, I had to go up to 3 days to get a towel that fell from the balcony
There is a paid gym and a paid indoor pool, I did not use it.
The beach is close and there is a walk that is good.
The elevators will change this next year.

If you want parking, they force you to contract the entire stay for 11 euros per day. The bed is spring. Noisy air conditioning. Dogs barking in the hallways. The breakfast is correct but queues form because very little quantity comes out in each cafe and people press the button twice.

2 Star hotel at best

Positive - itā€™s fairly clean.

Booked a double room and got a twin with beds pushed together with in itself isnā€™t a big issue. However all of these rooms have one fixed bed and one on wheels. The wheels have no brakes so if you go anywhere near the middle of the bed the one with wheels shoots across the room and you end up on the floor.

Zero facilities in the room. No water. No hot drinks / kettle. The AC barley works. No Toiletries.

No toilet brush in bathroom.

The best is the balcony door. No handle on the outside so if you close it to maintain the little AC there is, you end up locked out of the room on the balcony.

Hi, the most direct would be by taxi (about 120ā‚¬); you have also the option of train but will take much more time. You have to go to the Train Station in the city center and then take a train, that depending on the schedule and availability would take you directly to Benicassim or to Castellon. In case that you stop in Castellon, you would need again to take a taxi to Benicassim (about 15ā‚¬)

What is the best/easiest way to get from Barcelona airport to the hotel?
Answer from HotelesIntur
CastellĆ³n de la Plana, Spain25 contributions1 helpful vote
Good evening, the best option is the train - in the Summer period there is a stop in Benicassim...you can check the timetables and prices in RENFE. The other option is by rental car, you have many companies operating in the Barcelona airport. Good luck!
