Detailed Reviews
Avoid this hotel if you're wanting to get your deposit back in a timely manner. Received emails from booking.com saying that I will receive my deposit back and 6 weeks on, where's my deposit? Dno. Also, the term 'Couldn't swing a cat' was clearly invented for these rooms, had to turn into a 2D shape to try and navigate your way from your bed, past you pal and into the bathroom. One positive was that the bathroom was really spacious. Probably would not book again

We stayed in this hotel July 2013 for the festival, it's in a good location, rooms are clean and the price was fine.
Don't expect much in the way of customer service,we saw a staff member when we checked in who was nice enough to be fair, however when it came to checking out there was no one available so we had to wait 2 months and send about 15 emails to get the deposit paid back, eventually it was booking.com that got it back, even then it wasn't quite the full amount we paid (£9 short)
We got promise after promise that the transfer had been made so if you do stay at this hotel make sure you tell the staff in advance when you are checking out, good luck!

This modern hotel offers nice rooms for a good price, but the rooms need a "refresh". There is place for improvement in the service in terms of cleaning and minimum room service. Depending on the room it may be a bit cold in winter. Some big groups are staying in this hotel, therefore it may be noisy. The wifi did not work too well.

Been there last summer. Great place, beautiful interior. You can rent that tandem bike for a few Euro. Awesome ride along the sea! And the owner is the sweetest guy you can imagine. Because we were late to catch our train to Valencia he even drove us to the station! If you're going to Benicassim, stay here!

Very unpolite staff, lazy and with little English spoken. Rooms under the minimum quality standards. Long time awaiting to enter room, poor cleaning. We will never return. Unexpectedly expensive for the service they offer.

Price is good , but you pay for it by no breakfast included and not very clean rooms. Our room was also not cleaned the day between the nights we stayed here. Staff needs a little reminder that they are in the service industry

As for our family, we liked this place. Cute room, good bed, nice bathroom. Everything you need is here. If you need help, there is a phone numbers at the reception and you can call. We had an included breakfast and every morning they brought it to our room: fresh juice, coffee, warm buns and toasts with butter and jam. If you want anything else you should ask at the reception. 8 minutes walking to the nearest beach, 2 minutes walking to the fine cafe with fresh breakfast. 4 minutes to the bars, restaurants in the center. 3 minutes to the Lidl shop.
