Detailed Reviews
This hotel is in a great location for the centre of town but unfortunately that makes it noisy sometimes with lots of activities in local bars and restaurants well into the night. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are huge and comfortable. Bathroom is great with lovely overhead shower but no bath. Reception is manned through the day until 11 at night and staff are friendly and helpful. The reception area is small and seems to have been updated from some of the photos on here. On the first floor there is a useful area with a snacks/drinks machine, microwave and ironing facilities. Rooms have a fridge and a coffee machine although the only free drinks were a bottle of water on arrival. There is plenty of storage space and a safe is provided in the room. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after checking in/out. Although the storage area wasn't locked the area was supervised so we had no security concerns.
Breakfast is served over a long period in the cafe downstairs but during the last hour there is not much left and we certainly didn't see the quantities shown in the breakfast photo. It was adequate but I would not have paid to eat there if breakfast had not been included in the tarriff. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and thought it was good value for money

All the staff here went above and beyond in helping me during my stay, they were incredible, thank you.
The location is perfect, right in the centre of town, just off the cathedral square with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. (No, the cathedral bells do not ring starting at 4.00am!!)
My room was a good size, clean, well appointed and comfortable.
Breakfast was served in the annexed cafe next door, less than 1 minute walk away. Food was good quality cold buffet.
I would not consider staying anywhere else if I am back in Reus.

As others have said, the location is excellent- close to the main squares and attractions. We stayed in a Standard double room which was adequate for our purposes- we didnt take breakfast at the sister restaurant, we tried a few local independent cafes instead. Our room was fine, cleaning was carried out very well every day. The only issue was the control of the temperature of the water in the shower, some days very hot, some days cold, some days fine- irrespective of what you did to the controlling handles. Staff at the hotel were courteous and very helpful upon our requests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay for a few days to explore this very beautiful and friendly city.

Basic hotel with chic entrance area. Very good location: central and quiet (very good sound-insulating windows). Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Elevator present. Basic furnishings. Refrigerator available. We didn't have breakfast there, numerous options around the corner. We had a nice view of the church. Roof terrace is not part of this hotel. Paid parking in an excellent public garage a 5-minute walk away for €4.50 per 24 hours.

+1
We stayed in Reus to avoid the crowds of Salou and experience a real European vacation. We were visiting family in the area. We were so happy we chose this hotel in Reus. Clean, excellent customer location, stayed cool during a heat wave, and the view, the view was the equivalent of staying in a hotel in NYC overlooking Central Park. It was a superb view, the church, the square the night life. Superb. The outside plaza was full every night, we did not hear anything. So it sound proof very well. Just be careful with the shower, the faucet at shower gets very hot. We enjoyed coffee, we love Spanish cortado at a cafe at Plaza de Bassas. The ladies there took care of us, especially during a strong heat wave. Right outside the hotel there is a Ramen place, my kids loved it. It was like being in Nj Asian neighborhoods.

I can only echo other people's positive reviews, but I'd like to add something. One or two reviews mentioned it being noisy as it is right in the city centre, but I didn't find that at all. When I was in my room, ready to go out, it was almost silent, but when I opened the curtains (this was late evening) I was surprised to see a couple of hundred people or so at an outdoor cafe right under my window, but I could hardly hear a thing. Then I found out why: my patio doors were double glazed, and when I opened them there were two more patio doors, again double glazed. So there's no fear of being disturbed if you keep them closed (which you could even in the Summer, as the air conditioning is very efficient).
One other thing: the TV in my room was the biggest and most modern I've ever seen in an hotel - I spent a lot of the time watching Youtube on it.

Impossible to sleep in the rooms on the ground floor. Right in the basement of the hotel there is a disco from 12 at night until 6 in the morning.
We made a complaint to the hotel and they have not responded to us. I understand that they don't care.
We will forward the complaint to consumer since we do not want the same thing to happen to other people.

Hotel Centre Reus couldn’t be better placed for your visit to this very traditional and old city. It is just 1 minute walk from the city centre, 10 minutes taxi from the airport. Our room was clean and well kept, had free air conditioning and free safe. Cleaned every morning, and comfortable beds. Both my wife and I slept well every night. Staff were very polite and approachable. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Centre Reus to my family and friends.

Very bad experience, we arrived at dawn very tired and there was no reception service, it took 1 hour for the girl to arrive and without the key she had to go back to look for it, we were waiting for a long time, then the machine to check in inside It didn't work, and on top of that they left a paper outside on the street with my information and my ID, a shame as well as illegal that had never happened to us before. They never gave us an alternative, nor did they offer us monetary or any kind of compensation. We are very disenchanted and we stayed 2 nights
